This is one of two suites we have available. This suite is on the second floor of a beautiful old brick building. This location is within walking distance of the State Theater, Crossings at Carnegie, downtown shopping, restaurants, grocery store, laundromat, bank and post office. The suite is completely remodeled with a full kitchen, full sized range, refrigerator and dishwasher. Owners live down the hall so we are available to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
Hi Folks... My name's Jack. My people, Dave and Roxanne, purchased this building in 2001 before I was even born. Dave has been working on renovation of this building and Roxanne owns Wild Ginger Boutique which is on the first floor of the building. The 3 of us moved into an apartment in December 2013 so we are right here to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I look forward to meeting you!

We are right downtown Zumbrota. Downstairs is Wild Ginger Boutique and All-In-Stitches. You will be with is a short walk from all the great downtown shopping, Crossings at Carnegie, the State Theatre, restaurants, grocery store, bank, post office, the Covered Bridge Park and historic covered bridge, and the Goodhue Pioneer bike trail. If are going through the Mayo Clinic in Rochester and need a place to stay why not stay in a peaceful small community just 30 minutes for Mayo Clinic.
The suite has the comforts of home with a full kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom.
We played a gig at a nearby theater. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We will stay there again on our return visits.
Was 30 steps up to room so bring a light suitcase. Right in the heart of the town's unique shopping.
Our little trip to Southern Minnesota to see fall colors was absolutely wonderful ! The apt was welcoming, very clean and up to date. The wood floors gave a warm vintage feel. ABsolutely loved the location, right off Main Street above quaint shops and specialty boutiques. Zumbrota is an up and coming artsy, crafty area that spells F.U.N.
Last year on our fall trip we stayed in Zumbrota at the hotel, and then the next morning traveled to Red Wing to start our drive down the Great River Road back to Iowa. This year, I decided to check HomeAway to see what options there were other than the hotel. I was so happy I found this little place! It was super clean and very nice place to rent. Very happy with my choice to stay here! Recommend highly!
We were in the area for one night and this rental was way more than we expected! It was beautiful, clean, comfortable, quiet, and cozy. Check in and out was extremely easy. The owners made sure we had all information needed for our stay plenty of time before our arrival. Our friends staying at another location in town were extremely jealous of our accommodations! If I ever travel to the Zumbrota or Rochester area again I will definitely be staying here!
Zumbrota is becoming a real arts community. Stay for the music concerts on the weekends at the Zumbrota State Theatre or Crossings at Carnegie. Check out the links for ZAAC and Crossings. If you need a place to stay as you visit Mayo Clinic, you couldn't ask for a nicer place to relax after a day of appointments. We are only 20-30 minutes from Mayo Clinic.
