About the property

4 bedroom 3.5 baths with hot tub Mountain Views 2800 sq. ft.

Our home is in a perfect location. You can walk to everything in old town and also ski (or mountain bike) right out from our property. The views are also beautiful! The master bedroom has a -king bed with en suite bath, the moose room has a queen bed with TV and the bear bunk bedroom shares a full bath,with divider wall between the bath/toilet area and the sink area. The very large lower room with TV also has a bunk bed and queen pullout. The hot tub is on a large deck at this level. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for cooks, granite, stainless and wood floors plus every utensil a cook would need. The outdoor deck with grill and benches is great for those days you want to hang outside. 3 balcony look over main street. The stairs down to main street are only 2 houses away. No need for a car but we have a 2 car parking pad if needed. This home is a twin property and we have one just like it attached and offered for rent also. (works great for groups of 20-24)

This place is huge. Very large and comfortable rooms and beds. The views from the patios are awesome especially at night. Hot tub very nice. Very nice grill and chill area on front porch. There is not a bad thing to say about this place.

Where do I start? The House was huge! The location was perfect! Everything you would or could possibly need. Joel & Carol were GREAT with everything thing from the booking, to where to rent ski equipment, places to eat & drink. Ski out 40 yards from the front door! Although we had a small party, this place can accommodate a large family or two families for that matter!

If you are looking for a place that has it all, you need look no further than 312 Upper Norfolk!!!

Perfect for me and my 7 friends!

I planned a guys trip for myself and 7 of my friends. We wanted to stay somewhere that allowed us to not need to drive many places. This home was perfect! We literally had to walk about 20 yards and we were on the slopes. There is also a set of stairs that takes you right down to the main strip downtown. The house was also very clean and well kept. We had an awesome time! We will definitely be stay here again when back in Park City!

We were a group of 9 (4 adults and 5 teenagers) staying the week before Easter. This house was extremely convenient and had everything needed for a week of skiing and fun. Joel and Carol are wonderful people who really do care and work hard to make sure you are comfortable in their home. You cannot beat the location of this true ski in/ski out. The Quitin' Time trail is a bit steep for a beginner but there are other options to get back to the house. The town lift will even bring you back down the mountain if needed. We saved a lot of money by being so accessible to the house by coming home for lunch before heading back out for the afternoons. The house is a very short walk to Old Town Park City and it also has a terrific view of the town. The stairs getting into town are plentiful but by the end of the week we were zipping up and down them to enjoy some nice dinners and great shopping. You do not need a car unless you plan to venture out to surrounding areas. There are several grocery delivery services (pricey) but worth the convenience. AA+

Our kids had a blast and we hope to be back soon. Thank you Joel and Carol for your hospitality. Great time had by all!

Excellent location!

This house was great! The ski in, ski out access was easy and being in walking distance from Main Street was wonderful. Joel, the owner, met us at the house upon our arrival and was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking for a large group---we ate in all but one night. The only thing that was a very minor issue: the house is multi-level, so there are a lot of stairs from the main level to and from the lowest level. My 72 and 76 year old parents were with us, and this was a slight challenge for them. We look forward to renting this house again!!

Joel was born and raised in Utah. Carol came from Michigan and they met skiing in Colorado. They now spend winters in Utah and the off season near Carol's family in Jacksonville Beach, Florida.

We looked for over 2 years to find the right combination of... proximity to a major airport, mountain access and the sense of being 'in a nice ski town'. After visiting 6 states we walked into old town and new this would be home. Finding a home in old town AND adjacent to Park City Mountain Resort was a great plus.

What makes this house unique

Walk to shopping, restaurants, skiing and biking. Free bus route available also. Ability to combine 2 homes WITH GARAGES and extra parking for a large group makes this home extra special!
