This lovely condo in Frisco is a perfect place to bring the family or a few friends to enjoy a mountain vacation filled with fun! With many ski areas nearby, easy access to town, and lots of community amenities, you will surely have an unforgettable vacation here.

This condo is nestled in a community on the south side of Frisco, within walking distance of Main Street, where you will find shops and eateries, whether you hunger for sushi, Italian food, or a pint at the brewery. A short drive will take you to Dillon Lake, and many wonderful ski areas nearby offer ample winter adventures.

The living room has a delightful wood-burning fireplace, a large flat screen TV with cable, and plenty of seating for everyone to lounge and visit with each other. A kitchen has new appliances, beautiful countertops, and all the tools you may need to cook up meals during your vacation.

Up to seven people are welcome to stay in this home, which has one bedroom (plus a nice loft area) and one bathroom. In the bedroom you will find a twin-over-queen bunk bed, the large and sunny loft has another queen-size bed, and a sofabed in the living room provides even more space for guests to sleep.

Within the community you also have access to more amenities, including a clubhouse with a sauna, indoor heated pool, and hot tubs. A tennis court and racquetball court offer places to work up a sweat, and you can also use the laundry facilities and the WiFi Internet.

This home would be a perfect place to stay during a winter ski expedition or a summer hiking trip, though the area has so much more to offer! With nature's beauty on full display in the mountains, forests, lakes, and streams, plus other cities such as Breckenridge and Vail only a short distance away, you will have no shortage of great places to explore!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
