This stretch of California coastline is ideal for spending time along the rocky shore, or driving the four miles north into Fort Bragg for shopping, galleries, or restaurants. Access to the Jug Handle State Reserve is just a stone's throw away along the headlands for those wanting to explore secret beaches and all the coast has to offer.

This delightful Fort Bragg getaway, the aptly-named Ocean Breeze, was lovingly built by the original owner. A master suite and bath are located on the first floor with the rest of the living space on the second floor - including a living room with a flat screen TV, cable, Netflix Streaming, and a DVD player. There's also formal dining and sitting room, a full galley kitchen, and a cozy sitting area with a gas-log stove. In addition to the first floor master bedroom, you'll find a bright and sunny second bedroom and bathroom on the main floor, as well as two sofabeds for additional sleeping options.

On the spacious wrap-around deck, bring some steaks out to prepare on the charcoal grill on a warm afternoon or just settle back in one of the chairs to enjoy the spectacular ocean view. After dinner, take the stone path to the private hot tub for an evening soak. There's lots of room to spread out inside and out at this Fort Bragg retreat.

Ideal for family getaways or couple traveling together, this Northern California Coast vacation home will sleep up to eight guests, as well as up to four dogs (with just a small nightly fee). About Vacasa, CA - Northern California Coast Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s familys summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Exquisite views with too few bathrooms and only 2 bedrooms

  • 3 of 5

Clean, warm with exquisite views. Too few bathrooms! Sleeper couch was possibly the worst. Hot tub never reached 100 degrees and the chlorine burnt everyone’s skin we need a working beautiful hot tub, please!

As always, this place remains a terrific getaway. From the unobstructed ocean views to the comforting layout of the home with a GREAT degree of privacy from the adjacent homes, we are consistently drawn back to this 1 of a kind - superb - sanctuary.

Amazing place to stay!!

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I have done several VRBO trips in various states including Hawaii and this was definitely one to remember and visit again. The house is very clean and organized with lots of room. The most amazing part of the visit was the view of the ocean from the wrap around deck. I was a little worried about the house because it sounded so good on the website and usually it doesn't look that good in person or some part of it is disappointing. This was not the case here!! Everything was as good or better in person. Despite the fact that we went in December, it wasn't that cold and the windows are so big it wasn't a factor. The managing company was very easy to work with and very professional. We are definitely coming back!!

Rent it for the deck

  • 5 of 5

You will read a few reviews about dated decor, which is true. But who cares? It’s conformable and clean and you have drop dead gorgeous views from three sides of the house. We saw whales from the porch every day, and could hear the waves from inside the house. The only suggestion I could make to the owners is to install screens, so guests can open the windows or doors when the weather is warm.

We had a girls weekend for my 17 year old daughter and some of her friends . It was a fun relaxing weekend . The house is generously furnished and had everything we needed . The jacuzzi was clean and warm . Would defiantly stay there again .

Great time spent with great friends with a great ocean view!

  • 5 of 5

The view was amazing and we really enjoyed being able to walk the trails by the home to look off the cliff at the water and take some amazing photos! The house was nice but a little dated so we joked about it being the perfect setting for a horror move! The home did have everything we needed to cook and bedding! We enjoyed our stay!
