We offer an open floor plan that sleeps six with a king bed in the master bedroom, hall bunks, and a queen sleeper sofa. Two full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private balcony with a grill will make it very hard to leave.

This is the best location in PCB. In fact, we are located right across from Pier Park which offers the best in shopping, dinning and entertainment. Some of the more famous restaurants and stores are: Ron Jon's Surf Shop, Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville, Red Brick Pizza, Olive Garden, Long Horn Steak House, Five Guys Burgers, IMAX Theater, Dave and Buster's and numerous others. The new outdoor amphitheater offers free concerts all summer long and there is also an amusement area with rides for the kids directly in the middle of park. The Pier itself is about a half a mile long and offers a nice view as well as a great fishing vantage point over the gulf here on Panama City Beach.

Terrible !!

The owner needs to take better care of his unit. The furniture in dire need of updating. The room was not clean. towel was left in the dryer. Dust on the baseboard lamp shade in ceiling fan the bed was comfortable the TV was not working in the bedroom but overall we had a blast me and my family will not be renting this unit again

Owner's Response: Thank you for letting me know of the problems! We have replaced the Living Room furniture now. We have also replaced immediately the cleaning lady we was using at the time. Also Sterling Breeze Building switch cable from xfinity to Wow Cable and our bedroom hadn’t received a box yet.

Great location.We had a great time!!!

With it being November it was very quiet and peaceful. Had the pool to myself at times and the beach as well. Pier Park is within walking distance and there was the Emerald Coast Cruisen which was a bonus.

Decent condo with a view

Pros:

Awesome view/ balcony(minus the runoff pipe mentioned below)

Nice pool area

Great location

Washer/Dryer came in very handy

Owner had the condo stocked with necessities (thank you!)

Cons:

Furniture in dire need of updating (chairs and couch were stained and worn, pull out bed was filthy with sand and some stains)

Property lacks customer service (policies are not customer friendly- talking about YOU concierge/ luggage cart nazi)

Giant pipe spewing run-off water into the ocean in front of property (gross and an eyesore, it looked very stagnant and smelled awful)

Husband noted the appearance of small areas of black mold in the bathroom and around the vents

Despite the cons listed above, we had a nice holiday. Next time, I will likely not book at this property due to their policies AND that nasty brown sludge water eyesore that marred an otherwise beautiful beach.

The shower in the master bath had some mold around the edges but that's just the cleaning services fault, otherwise pretty nice!
