This 2 Bedroom, 1 1/2 bath executive style apartment is completely furnished from leather sofas to barware. We provide all the linens with each rental. The only thing you would need to bring is your personal toiletries and any food you would like to prepare in our fully equipped kitchen. Included with this spacious apartment comes wifi, satellite with premium channels and laundry facilities. Each rental has a patio area with seating. The building is NONSMOKING and has a NO PET POLICY. There is private parking for residents. We can provide pack n play if needed....just ask.
The apartment is centrally located in Downtown Frankfort and a short drive to the history and railroad museums, art galleries, antique shops, restaurants and Old and New Capitols. The Historic District is also just a couple of stop lights away. Furthermore, we are located approx. 50 miles from Louisville (Churchill Downs, Louisville Slugger Museum, University of Louisville) and 30 miles from Lexington (Keeneland and Kentucky Horsepark, and University of Kentucky). At the end of our street is Buffalo Trace Distillery, known for once being part of the Infamous Bourbon Trail. Frankfort's Riverview Park Walking trail also starts at the end of our street and whether biking or walking you'll enjoy the scenery along the riverside... landing in Historic Downtown Frankfort, and just beside the historic haunted Liberty Hall and its Gardens. During the summer months you can also enjoy free music concerts on the Old Capitol lawn while enjoying some of the food and spirits sold by surrounding shops. If scheduled in advance, you can even enjoy a free tour of the river by pontoon sponsored by our city. Many things to do, and tours to take. If your traveling group requires more space, we do offer two additional fully furnished apartments within the same building. This is popular with the wedding groups.
My husband and I moved into the furnished rental business three years ago. We do real estate investing, have a KY real estate license, and deal with regular long term rentals as well. We have 3 children and have been married for 8 years.

Our furnished unit is located in Kentuckys Capital City. It is centrally located between the large metropolitan cities in Kentucky (Lexington and Lousiville). It is surrounded by history. We receive lots of guest that are either partial to horses or bourbon....which put them in the perfect location. We also provide accomodations for legislation when in session.
We provide pricing that cant be beat. Our desire is for our clients to enjoy their stay, enjoy their surroundings, and return again.

This was a homecoming of sorts for me as I was born and raised in Lexington and wanted to take my family to Kentucky for vacation and show them how wonderful life is in the Bluegrass State. The apartment itself was exactly as advertised; very clean, nicely decorated, roomy, and quiet. The beds were comfortable, and the second bedroom had a queen-size bed which was a plus for us as most other rental units only had two twin beds. The unit is centrally located and convenient to horse farms, distilleries, Keeneland, as well as being close to Lexington, Versailles and Bardstown. Renting this unit also allowed us to explore the city of Frankfort, including the Capitol building, the Rebecca Ruth candy factory, and several good, nearby restaurants. We especially enjoyed breakfast at the Cliffside Diner and at Wallace Station. Thanks for the Kentucky hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
The apartment was very clean, cozy and perfect for our trip. Unfortunately we had to cut the visit short due to Hurricane Mathew (I live in South Florida and had to fly back ahead of the storm) but the owner of the property was very accommodating in working with us. I would recommend this little gem to anyone who is planning on visiting the Frankfort area. I will be back to finish my trip soon and hope to stay here next time!
Sarah was extremely helpful in planning our trip and the property was PERFECT. The apartment is nicely appointed and Sarah has through of everything you might need. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated that there were plenty of towels. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to enjoy the Frankfort area and especially the Buffalo Trace facility. We had a wedding on the Buffalo Trace grounds and then returned the next day for the Hard Hat Tour. Since we were just down the street, it was great. Thank you, Sarah!
Spacious, comfortable, I am a native of this area and visiting, so I know It is a convenient location for Frankfort, overall very nice experience. Make early plans, it is very busy!
This was our first experience with VRBO and we weren't sure what to expect. Our expectations were exceeded with a very nice, clean, comfortable apartment that had everything we needed for a week stay. The kitchen is sufficiently stocked that we were able to cook a number of meals. The apartment is close to a couple of trails and the walk on the Riverview Trail into the historic downtown district while long, is a very nice walk. We would highly recommend this property! We couldn't have had a better experience. We visited Frankfort for a wedding at Buffalo Trace. The bride is like my own and she wanted a pie bar because she and the groom don't eat cake. So some of her friends baked pies and I filled in the rest. The kitchen was perfect for my needs. Everything worked perfectly and the apartment was great and exactly as described. The shower was spectacular and we slept great all 3 nights. We accidentally locked ourselves out on the way to the wedding and Sarah was there in 10 minutes to let us in. That was great since I was filming the wedding and the camera was locked inside with the pies. Sarah was very nice and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect for Buffalo Trace and everything we needed was located nearby. We woke up Saturday morning and went to the farmers market (5 mins away) for fresh local peaches. Kroger was 2 miles away. I am so happy with my choice to stay here.
