My home is located 2 blocks from downtown Sheridan in the heart of the Big Horn Mountains. The open floor plan creates a sunny and airy feeling, making this welcoming space seem larger than its 900 sq ft.
It has a fully furnished kitchen, full sized W/D along with a 42” flat screen HDTV, DVD player and high speed cable internet and WiFi.
The single bedroom has a closet, three drawer storage chest, and new queen size mattress and linens.
The coffee table/trunk in the living room conveniently holds bed linens for the sofa sleeper.
Enjoy your morning coffee or favorite beverage on the front porch and experience a downtown Sheridan neighborhood. The laundry/mud room has ample space for your bicycles and gear. There’s a fenced yard with gas BBQ grill and off street parking in the rear.
I fell in love with Sheridan and settled there in 1980 after living and traveling all over the United States. My three children were raised there so this is home base. After a 40 year career in human services, I bought this property for my future, family and you.
Mary Ann Weber purchased this cottage in 2010
My daughter and her father purchased this house as her first real estate investment. Three years later, she moved out of state and I purchased the property so that I would have a place to return to in beautiful Sheridan. Sheridan has some of the friendliest, kindest, and most genuine folks around.
The home itself has historic significance in that it was built in 1915 by a coal mining company for the miners. Along with several others, this house was moved into town in later years. Story has it; a coalminer raised seven children in my little house!
When staying in the Sheridan area I hope you will choose to stay with me and explore the friendliness of a small Wyoming community, Western tradition, world-class connectivity and the majestic Big Horn Mountains.
Mi casa es su casa!
While staying in downtown Sheridan you can bike ride or walk on extensive bike trails, take a trolley ride or have a drink at the historic Mint Bar built in 1907. Main street Sheridan is home to 46 buildings on the National Registry of Historic Places. Dog park , Lovely City park, Theater, Movie theater, all within walking distance.
Best place to stay in downtown Sheridan. Very close to the main street, we could walk everywhere. Perfect for a family of four as it is very spacious for a one bedroom. The owner is extremely friendly and goes above and beyond for guests. We stayed at this house over Rodeo weekend and it couldn't have been more perfect.
This property was ideal for a place to escape! The owner is friendly and super helpful! Property was exactly as described, very close to downtown Sheridan on a super quiet street!
This cute little house made for a great hub as we toured the Big Horns. Hiked many trails and was great to come back to at end of day and walk to dinner in town - all good restaurants within walking distance. Had everything we needed and a nice, quiet neighborhood!
OMG! We had such a wonderful time staying here! It is so close to downtown and local attractions, we were able to walk just about everywhere. Thank You so much for providing such a beautiful space for us!
