This property is in Gran Alacant on a small complex with green area and communal pool. There are local shops, bars & restaurants within short walking distance. There is a natural park with stunning views 5 minutes walk away.

The accommodation comprises; entrance through hall leading to the dining room, through to lounge. Off the lounge is a shower room. The kitchen is off the lounge also.

The property does have a basement however this room is not included in any rental of the property as this is only available to the owners. Upstairs to the 1st floor, you have 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. There are stairs leading up to roof solarium. The house is fully equipped and has Hot & Cold air conditioning to the lounge area & bedrooms.

To the front of the house is a patio area which is good to have BBQ.

This property is in a central location which is Ideal for families and located 15 minutes from Alicante and 10 minutes from the airport. beach is a 2 minute drive or you can walk.

My wife and I purchased this property after spending time in the region, we fell in love with the area when we first drove down the rural coast road from Santa Pola to Gran Alacant and it was then after a few years of looking for a property that we decided this was the ideal place for us.... Close to the beach, airport and the city with good motorway and train links.

There are so many benefits for this house with its location, we use the house for most of our annual holidays and our children and their families use it too. there are so many more places and areas to explore and we have been visiting the area for over 13-years... whether you are in to Golf, water sports or mountain climbing its all available, or if you prefer cultural there are theatres, operand museums, if yo like family fun there are water and theme parks and some of the cleanest & safest beaches in Europe... or if you want to just get away from the hustle & bustle of the world then you can escape and enjoy a relaxing quite break, alternatively if you want a romantic experience then this is also on offer in Gran Alacant on the Costa Blanca...

Notes:
This property is located 10 minutes from the airport of Alicante approx 17 km. just of fthe N332 road. There are plenty of facilities local bus every 15 mins to Alicante etc and trains to Benidorm from Alicante. Not far away is the beautiful fishing town of Santa Pola. Gran Alacant is a beautiful location with natural parks and wildlife, mountain views and located close to the beach of Carabassi, plenty of sand dunes for the children to play in... Air conditioning with hot & cold facility 1 x aircon unit in lounge area, 1 x aircon unit in main bedroom & 1 x aircon unit in bedroom two. 2 bed room town house, with main bathroom upstairs and shower room off the lounge. This house has plenty to offer. Additionally there is a roof solarium, front terrace/patio and balcony off main bed room. opposite the house is a communal pool.

Great for Families!!!!!

We have stayed at this lovely house on a number of occasions and came again this year in May. As always, the house was super and very welcoming, very much home from home. The pool, opposite the house, is excellent. The best beach is only a 5 minute drive down the road. There are plenty of supermarkets, all close by. Once again we will be booking up for next year and thought we should post our comments to let other people know it's a perfect place to stay!

Nice quiet Holiday

The appartment is located is a very nice quiet and calm area.

Right opposite there was a nice pool.

If you have rented a car, trips to town and beach are more than easy.

Our holiday...

We arrived in Spain & did not know what to expect. We were met by Dorene the manager of th eproperty in Spain, she gave us loads of tips on the best restaurants & what to do for our children!

The house is amazing lots of room and very clean. We met lots of nice people and a very friendly family area. good night life. we recommend it for a home away from home!!

The property is located in a nice residential area called Monte Y Mar, Gran Alacant. It is between Los Aranales which is a Spanish tourist resort & Santa Pola which is a small fishing harbour. You are with in easy driving distance to Alicante City which is 10 mins by car, Gran Alacant has good bus links too. Guardamar & Torrevieja are south of Gran Alacant and this would take approx 20/30 mins in a car. Benidorm is to the North of Gran Alacant and in a car it would take you 45 mins. You can get a bus to Alicante and then a train to Benidorm if you wish. The train is very inexpensive & easy to use. Elche is approx 15 mins from Gran Alacant and is a good place to visit for the day, especially the botanical gardens.

The Island of Tabarca is a short ferry ride away approx 30 mins and you can get a ferry from Santa Pola or Alicante marina. If you want to go to one of the Baleric Islands like Ibiza you can get a ferry from Denia in the north of Costa Blanca.There are lots of things to do & to experience here.

To reserve the property a non refundable deposit is required. The full balance for your booking is payable 60-days prior to the start date of your holiday.

ACCESS; Please note that access to the property on arrival day is at 08:30 therefore if you choose to arrive early you will NOT be able to access the property until 08:30.

DEPARTURE; departure time is 12:00 on your departure day and you will have to return the keys to the property manager. Please let the property manager know if there have been any damages.

A refundable security deposit of £150 GBP is to be paid with the final instalment and will be refunded within 7 days of your return date subject to a security/damages check of the property on your departure.This deposit is also used for security against any loss or damage. This deposit is refunded (minus any deductions if applicable) after the property has been inspected.

NO SINGLE SEX GROUPS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
