Apartment near town centre and shops. Situated on the 6th and top floor and very quiet.The view over the Rochail mountain range and the famous Alpe d'Huez, famous for its 21 ski runs is superb. In winter a nearby chairlift will take you to the slopes.In summer you can walk in the nearby forest. A surface area of 33m2 provides you with comfort, rest and tranquillity in airy and tastefully furnished surroundings. The corner area which is separated from the living room by a door can be used as a proper bedroom. There is a terrace where you can eat or lie in the sun. There is central heating and imitation wood flooring which is easy to maintain.The written contract which will be sent to you will confirm and give details of this information.

Station très agréable, domaine exceptionnel. Appartement idéalement situé, tout confort et calme. Résidence bien entrenue. .............de plus, une semaine ensoleillée!!!! Que du bonheur

Owner's Response: Appartement idéalement situé, très calme, bien entretenu. Avec le remonte pente au pied de l'immeuble c'est un lieu idéal pour une famille avec deux enfants passionnés de ski. Et tous les commerces sont à proximité. Le rêve quoi.

The Majestic building is situated near Paganon square, the historic centre of Alpe Huez.You will have the benefit of all kinds of shops and services useful for your holiday, whilst also being able to enjoy peace and quiet. The Casino shopping centre, Tourist Office, Post Office, chemists, linen hire, bank, restaurants and cinema are less than 5 minutes away. In winter you will find the chair lift, which will take you all the resort's ski slopes, at the foot of the building. In summer and winter the open swimming pool and skating rink are open 10 minutes away from the building. The Palais des Sports, covered pool are 15 minutes away.In summer walks and bike rides leave from outside the building. The famous 21 ascents immortalised by the riders of the Tour de France can be watched from the apartment's terrace. Mountain sports, via ferrata, climbing are all available with the accompaniment of guides.

  • The 8m2 bathroom consists of a bath with integral shower separated from the rest of the room by a detachable shower guard. The floor and walls are all tiled. There is a cupboard for storing all bathroom linen. Next to this is a single washbasin, and the washing machine is covered with a large work surface where you can leave your bathroom bits and pieces.

  • As the apartment is a studio it does not have a bedroom as such. On the other hand the 18m2 living room in which there is a 140 by 200 folding bed replaced in 2006, is separated by a door from the mountain corner of the room where are beds for the other guests. This makes it into a very pleasant separate room which opens onto the outside by a large picture window leading directly onto the terrace.

the 6m2 kitchen has 4 electric hotplates, a single sink with draining board. Underneath are storage cupboards, dishwasher, 40 litre fridge with freezer. Above is an extractor hood, microwave, and wall cupboards storing mixer, toaster, vegetable peeler and pots and pans.Crockery is stored in the dining room. The walls and floor are entirely covered with earthenware tiles. The voltage of the apartment is 220 volts.The apartment is kept permanently airy by forced ventilation. Hoover, radio, CD, cassettes, iron and ironing board, colour television, high chairs are all available. On the terrace is a table with four seats where you can eat or sunbathe. On the ground floor is a cupboard for skis. Public parking at the foot of the building.
