Great location, nice Tampa apartment

  • 5 of 5

Aubrey's 'Sunstate Manor' was just right for us; convenient to get to (and to get out of town), walkable to stores, restaurants & downtown (& then to Ybor City via the streetcar).

Furnishings were fine, apartment very clean; perfect for two.

Only minor glitch was breaking a circuit when the microwave was turned on while a space heater was running (it was unusually chilly in Tampa during our stay), but Aubrey reset the circuit breaker very promptly upon our sending a message, despite being later in the evening. Indeed, Aubrey was very responsive & helpful during our stay. We would have no hesitation on staying here again if our travels take us back to Tampa. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was just like the pictures and Aubrey was very helpful. We walked most place and enjoyed the resturants near by. The cupcakes were great that were left for us. Will stay here again.

Amazing little apartment and walking distance to almost everything downtown!!

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I rented the apartment for 3 nights for our anniversary. I can't say enough good things about how near the apartment is. Aubrey and Chad have really covered every thing you could possibly want or wish for. The decor is very nicely done and it's amazing the things they found or made to make everything you could want fit in such a small place. The apartment is super clean, bed is comfy and the neighborhood is safe and among very nice old Victorian style homes in Hyde Park. We walked everywhere during our stay including to 2 lightning games, the port/channelside area, Hyde park village and we did the Riverwalk daily. We do a lot of walking so the distance wasn't an issue at all for us. Everything I listed is less than a mile away and most less than .5 mile. There's a very organized notebook in the apartment with most of the local recommended restaurants along w menus. We found a newly opened World of Cofee and Teas just around the corner from the apartment to be awesome for breakfast and morning beverages. We didn't meet Aubrey and Chad but did speak on the phone upon arrival and Aubrey was very nice and helpful. If I was asked to say one negative thing it would be that the shower head needs to be changed because the water pressure with that particular head is weak especially for a woman with a lot of hair. But overall if I could give the apartment 10 stars I would. We look forward to returning in the future

Great proximity to University of Tampa, extremely clean and beautifully decorated

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here to spend a few days with our daughter who is a student at the University of Tampa. We picked this apartment as it was very close to the campus and also to the waterfront - so location was ideal. The apartment is small but it is designed and decorated in such a way that it was extremely functional. The apartment was very, very clean and beautifully decorated.

The owners had the fridge stocked with soft drinks and also left two really good cupcakes for our arrival. I did a couple of loads of wash and the washing facilities had everything I needed (washing liquid, dryer sheets, spot remover, etc.) .

When we go back for the graduation we will look to book this property!
