Amazing little apartment and walking distance to almost everything downtown!!

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I rented the apartment for 3 nights for our anniversary. I can't say enough good things about how near the apartment is. Aubrey and Chad have really covered every thing you could possibly want or wish for. The decor is very nicely done and it's amazing the things they found or made to make everything you could want fit in such a small place. The apartment is super clean, bed is comfy and the neighborhood is safe and among very nice old Victorian style homes in Hyde Park. We walked everywhere during our stay including to 2 lightning games, the port/channelside area, Hyde park village and we did the Riverwalk daily. We do a lot of walking so the distance wasn't an issue at all for us. Everything I listed is less than a mile away and most less than .5 mile. There's a very organized notebook in the apartment with most of the local recommended restaurants along w menus. We found a newly opened World of Cofee and Teas just around the corner from the apartment to be awesome for breakfast and morning beverages. We didn't meet Aubrey and Chad but did speak on the phone upon arrival and Aubrey was very nice and helpful. If I was asked to say one negative thing it would be that the shower head needs to be changed because the water pressure with that particular head is weak especially for a woman with a lot of hair. But overall if I could give the apartment 10 stars I would. We look forward to returning in the future

Great proximity to University of Tampa, extremely clean and beautifully decorated

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here to spend a few days with our daughter who is a student at the University of Tampa. We picked this apartment as it was very close to the campus and also to the waterfront - so location was ideal. The apartment is small but it is designed and decorated in such a way that it was extremely functional. The apartment was very, very clean and beautifully decorated.

The owners had the fridge stocked with soft drinks and also left two really good cupcakes for our arrival. I did a couple of loads of wash and the washing facilities had everything I needed (washing liquid, dryer sheets, spot remover, etc.) .

When we go back for the graduation we will look to book this property!

Best place to stay in Tampa Bay!

  • 5 of 5

It was my first trip to Tampa Bay, and I was in town for a conference. Aubrey and Chad have done an excellent job setting up the place. There is a kitchen which you just cannot find in a hotel room, also the house is in a nice little neighborhood which is only one block off of the bay. It literally only takes about 5-10 minutes to walk over to the convention center, and there are many neat restaurants nearby. I personally tried Yah Mon a Caribbean restaurant, Four Green Fields an Irish Pub and Zudar's on Platt which are all within walking distance and all were excellent choices. When you arrive, don't be surprised if there is a treat waiting for you in the kitchen!

Perfect place to stay in downtown Tampa

  • 5 of 5

Everything was great. The apartment was beautiful, well stocked, new and enough space for two. Hosts were very friendly, leaving a welcome snack and other goodies in the fridge. Hosts also very accommodating on check out. Location is great if you need to be in downtown Tampa - walking distance to most of downtown. Very easy check-in. Overall extremely pleasant stay.

Comfortable, great location.

  • 5 of 5

The property is in the beautiful Hyde Park section of town. It is on a quiet side street, but is an easy walk to local restaurants and to downtown. There is even a bus stop at the end of the street.

The apartment is small but comfortable. The owners are very nice and helpful. This is an ideal spot for an individual or couple.
