About the property

El Pino is on the foot hills of the Sierra Almijara, and close to Competa

A beautiful Villa with an open plan design. There are 3 bedrooms in total, two twin and one double. There are two bathrooms, lounge / dining area and separate kitchen. The villa has a private 8x4 meter swimming pool, and two terraces, one on the roof and one by the pool. There is also private secure parking.

Inside there is a spacious entry hall with the first double bedroom on the right. The bedroom has sufficient wardrobe space for two people, with bedside cabinets and extra storage under the bed. There is a ceiling fan for summer and heating for winter. There is a seperate en-suite which has a shower cubicle basin, toilet and more storage.

Further along the entrance hall there is a large full bathroom on the right with bath/shower, toilet and basin with vanity unit.

The third room along the entrance hall is the first twin bedroom which has sufficient wardrobe space for two people and a ceiling fan for summer.

The last room along the hall is the last twin bedroom which has bedside cabinets, wardrobe space for two people and a ceiling fan also.

The lounge/diner and kitchen are on the left side of the entrance hall. The lounge has double aspect sliding doors which are ideal for summer and can be opened fully. There are two sofas, a large flat screen television with satellite, DVD player and Pay as you go WiFi access. We provide extra heating and duvets for winter. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven/hob, large fridge/freezer and granite surfaces throughout.

The villa offers perfect alfresco dining, and spectacular views of the Sierra Almijara mountains. It is quiet and secluded, and within easy drive of the picturesque town of Cómpeta.

About Owner/Manager

I live close to the property and the town of Cómpeta. I manage other rental properties in the area as well. I am available by phone or email in case there is a problem during arrival. I work with my colleague who handles any maintenance issues during your stay.

This property is located in an area near the Almijara national park and has spectacular mountain views of the mountains and valley.

What makes this villa unique

Very quiet and pieceful with plenty of wildlife such as Eagles, chameleon, and kestrels with beautiful views to the Sierra Almijara national park.

The property is situated in the countryside via a concrete road / track. However, the property is still easily accessible with a normal vehicle, and there is a bus service that operates from the nearby town of Competa.

There is Pay as you go WiFi access which is more economical and charged separately for smaller usage. We offer this as an extra service to our guests.

The property is Approximately 1 hours drive (67,5 km) from Malaga airport. Once guests leave the airport they continue on the motorway until exit 277 toward A-7206 / Algarrobo/ N-340a/ Caleta de Vélez.

There is a large comercial center called El Ingenio just off the motorway which is ideal for last minute shopping or restaurants and cafes while on rout to the villa.
