Our newly upgraded luxurious condo offers breathtaking views from this 6th floor Penthouse corner unit. It is beautifully furnished, with an open floor plan, large 30 by 13 foot lanai with wrap around windows. 5 minute walk from number 1 rated Siesta Key beach. The white sand never gets hot as it is pulverized quartz.

Recent updates include; tiling in Master bedroom, halls, Lanai and living room. New carpeting in spare bedroom Two new efficiency toilets, new shower door and shower head in master bathroom. New shower head in main bathroom and new sliding tub doors.

-40 inch Samsung Smart TV in living room, 32 inch flat screen in spare bedroom and 19 inch flat screen in master bedroom. All stations available on Comcast. DVD player in living room and spare bedroom. Also Netflix is available.

-couple of new wicker chairs on lanai.

-May 2016- Totally renovated open plan kitchen with new cabinets, granite counters and all new stainless appliances . The open plan really enhances the condo, as it has a sit up breakfast counter and it is open to the living room and hall. Hall and kitchen re-tiled to match rest of condo.

-spare bedroom has new carpeting which was installed January 2017. Main bathroom has been painted and now has a granite counter top plus new shower doors on tub. updated in April 2016

The penthouse is located on Midnight Pass Road and is a 5 minute walk to the #1 USA rated Siesta Key beach. Our Gulf side Penthouse probably has one the best views of the Inland waterway. All guests and residents have access to the Peppertree Bay private beach which has many chairs and tables available for your enjoyment. The beach, with its white powdered sand, is well known for walking, running and biking, surfing and beach games. Both children and adults love the fine sand for building sand castles. One can walk along the beach into the Siesta Key village where can enjoy a drink or have something to eat. One can walk to the public beach which features a playground, shaded picnic area, food concession, nature trails, and courts for playing volleyball, tennis and softball.

The Gulf side of Peppertree Bay area is known for its lush landscaping which means this area has more privacy. The Peppertree Bay is a 16 acre site; which has 2 recreation centers, two resort-style heated swimming pools and a recently upgraded exercise room with sauna. An onsite management office is available for your convenience.

Our Penthouse has probably the best view in Peppertree as it overlooks the Inter coastal Waterway. When looking out from the lanai you see Sarasota City to the north and the mainland directly across from the building. The exceptionally large lanai; 30ft by 13ft is the favorite place to relax and have dinner . One can see the new private pier through the trees, you will see residents fishing and socializing there. Everyone is welcome to go down and meet other residents and guests, take your drink down to the dock to meet new people.

For walkers, Siesta Key village is only 30 min along Midnight Pass Road. In the quaint village of Siesta Key you will find a bounty of shops, boutiques restaurant and dining venues. Exciting and interesting Sarasota City can be driven to in 15 minutes, when going across the north bridge. Visit St. Armand's circle, which has a myriad of trendy shops and restaurants. The Sarasota area has several places and activities to enjoy; a Winter Art Festival, Wine Festival, Circus Ring of Fame and many other arts and cultural activities. Enjoy visiting the Asolo Repertory Theatre, Van Wezel Performing Arts and Ringling Museum of Art. One of our favorite areas is Old Sarasota with its historic buildings, art gallery, small film theater and several trendy restaurants. For the golfers the Peppertree Bay location offers close proximity to over 30 golf courses.

About Sonia Ellis

The condo was purchased by my parents in 1990 and they used to spend many months there. When my father died in 1998 my mother continued to use the condo, spending 6 months of the year there. She is no longer able to use the condo now so I, her daughter, manage the property. With the income I get I help pay for her expenses and condo expenses. Family uses condo in November and April..

Enjoy our beautiful condo with its beautiful view of the inter coastal waterway. Watch the dolphins, osprey and many other wild life, and also wake up to the stunning sunrises.

The condo is very spacious and always very bright so I know you will enjoy your stay here.

What makes this condo unique

The parking space is directly across from the elevator. The secluded and tropical area surrounding the pool and clubhouse outside our building is the best kept secret at Peppertree. We have two BBQs for everyone to use, Enjoy this peaceful, lush and beautiful area.

Best View on Siesta Key

My wife and I have stayed here for February and March for both 2016 and 2017. We are already signed up for those months in 2018. We cannot recommend this condo more highly. If another condo on Siesta Key was recommended, we are not interested. The penthouse view from the lanai of the Intercoastal Waterway (which is over 300 yards wide in front of the condo) is incredible. We sit for hours and watch all types of boats, from paddleboards to yachts, slowly go up and down the Intercoastal. Since it is a no wake zone on this portion of the Intercoastal, the view is serene. Even with lanai windows open, you rarely even hear the boats as they slowly go by. We stayed on the Gulf (Beach) side of Siesta Key for 5 years prior to renting this condo. The view of the beach from the Gulf side really does not change. The view here is much better and is always interesting. In addition, since the lanai faces east, you are shielded from the afternoon sun which is brutal on the Gulf side. Accordingly, the "Bay" side of Siesta Key gives you the best of both "worlds', namely the view of the Intercoastal and access to the #1 beach which is a walk across the street. The condo has been remodeled. Peppertree personnel are great. The kitchen is wonderful. We have found our piece of paradise in this unit. We cannot wait to return.

Outstanding location and view

WHAT a view overlooking the intercostal water way. Very clean two bedroom with twin beds in the second bedroom. Peppertree bay has two areas, one on either side of Blind Pass Rd with their own pool area. Gas grills are available for Owners/renters Direct access to the beach, with lounge chairs on the beach. Lots of parking spaces and the grounds are very clean. No need to drive to Siesta Village, Bus runs every 30 minutes and the cost is 60 cents. A short distance to the number #1 beach in America.

As if it was home...

I stayed here with my family of six (three adults, three children 12 and under) for a full 30 days in June/July. The condo has the feel of a home, and is in a terrific location. You can walk to beach front with a private entrance as part of the condo - just a few minutes walk. The location is also very close to the bridge to the mainland, and within short driving distance of Publix and Trader Joe's, and only ten minutes drive to Walmart. Parking is onsite, and there's two elevators up to this 6th floor apartment. There's fast broadband Internet, a Blu-Ray player, and a cozy layout. The Peppertree property manager office is staffed with very, very nice people (daytime managers and night time security both), and owner Sonia is old-school in her hospitality and decency - she cares.

Not only do I recommend a stay here, but I will do it again if the timing and circumstances are right in the future.

Our penthouse condo overlooks the new fishing dock on the Inter coastal. One wakes up to the sunrise from the Master bedroom.

-complete kitchen renovation with open concept and breakfast counter. To be completed by August 2016.

-Main bathroom newly painted. Upgraded with granite counter and new sink. Living room being painted along with hall.

- two BBQs available down by our Bay side pool and club house. 2 picnic tables and chairs available for guests.

-Two heated swimming pools at Peppertree Bay , one on the Gulf side and the other on the bay side near the beach.

-Two tennis courts for guests. Condo has 4 rackets and balls available for guests

-Drumming circle every Sunday 7-10pm at Siesta Key public beach, 1 mile north on Midnight Pass road.

-Bayside recreation centre has a monthly get together on the last Friday of month 5.30-7pm. Bridge, rummikub and other game activities take place in two club houses during the week-

- two BBQs available down by our Bay side pool and club house. 2 picnic tables and chairs available for guests.

-Two heated swimming pools at Peppertree Bay , one on the Gulf side and the other on the bay side near the beach.

-Two tennis courts for guests. Condo has 4 rackets and balls available for guests

-Many many fine restaurants on Siesta Key; Miguels, Turtles in Casey Key and in the Siesta Key village.

Ellenton outlet centre is a 35 minute drive on highway 75, in Bradenton.

-Myakka State park about half hour away, certainly worth a visit

-Legacy bike trail which starts 15 min from condo and easy bike of to Venice which is 10 miles away.
