Lisa 504 905 3056. This is a very safe neighborhood with 3 off street parking spaces. This home is one block from Mardi Gras Parade Route. Whole Foods, Walgreens and Pinkberry are just one block away. You must walk through the room with twin beds in order to get to the King Bedroom. There are new counter tops and appliances in kitchen. There is a Large front yard and a court yard in the rear. There is off street parking. Antique Lights, washer/dryers, charming bedrooms with 2 Full Bathrooms, Central HVAC in front & window units in rear. Wonderful Shops and restaurants: Slice Pizzeria, CC's Coffee, PJ's Coffee. Yoga, Pilates, Spas, Fantastic shops of every sort begin just half a block away. Audubon Park and the Award Winning Zoo are near.

Clean and great location

Took a trip to New Orleans with eight friends. There was plenty of space for all of us at this property. We rented both houses which are connected. We didn’t even use the second kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The property was clean and spacious. The location was wonderful too. Being a block and a half from Whole Foods was perfect and there are lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Overall, great stay!

NOLA Halloween Home Base

This place was great for our group Halloween trip! Located in a charming neighborhood, walking distance to Whole Foods, nice boutiques and restaurants. We especially loved Frankie and Johnny's, which was a short 4 block walk for authentic NOLA food and personality. The accommodations were a good value for our group of fourteen. Lisa was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend this home for any large group visiting this magical city.

Lisa was amazing to work with we hit a few little snags and she totally made it up to us

We had a pretty great experience and lease it was great to work with. We ran into a couple little snags and she totally made it up to Us! I again thank you for the dinner and filling up our fridge for the week it made things so much easier for us ! We would definitely stay in one of her homes again !

Great location, quiet and safe neighborhood.

Very happy with the location , safe and quiet area. We had 6 in the front apartment and 6 in the back. My 6 had the front. Nice and roomy bedrooms and large bathrooms. Clean and nicely decorated, comfy beds.

Our other 6 were in the back apartment. They were happy as well but one of their bathrooms was a bit smaller and they used our bathroom to shower.

Air conditioner worked well as did the washer and dryer. Great place to eat breakfast and walking distance called "The Toast". Any shopping needs were in walking distance. The owner Lisa was easy to communicate with and we would stay here again.
