This home is One block from Mardi Gras Parade Route. Whole Foods, Walgreens and Pinkberry are just one block away.

I am a local architect and I decorated these apartments in mid century modern style with some eclectic touches. There are new counter tops and appliances in kitchen. There is a Large front yard and a court yard in the rear. There is off street parking for 3 cars. Antique Lights, 2 washer/dryers, charming bedrooms with 4 Full Bathrooms, Central HVAC in front & window units in rear. Wonderful Shops and restaurants: Slice Pizzeria, CC's Coffee, PJ's Coffee. Yoga, Pilates, Spas, Fantastic shops of every sort begin just half a block away. Audubon Park and the Award Winning Zoo are near.

Lisa was amazing to work with we hit a few little snags and she totally made it up to us

We had a pretty great experience and lease it was great to work with. We ran into a couple little snags and she totally made it up to Us! I again thank you for the dinner and filling up our fridge for the week it made things so much easier for us ! We would definitely stay in one of her homes again !

Great location, quiet and safe neighborhood.

Very happy with the location , safe and quiet area. We had 6 in the front apartment and 6 in the back. My 6 had the front. Nice and roomy bedrooms and large bathrooms. Clean and nicely decorated, comfy beds.

Our other 6 were in the back apartment. They were happy as well but one of their bathrooms was a bit smaller and they used our bathroom to shower.

Air conditioner worked well as did the washer and dryer. Great place to eat breakfast and walking distance called "The Toast". Any shopping needs were in walking distance. The owner Lisa was easy to communicate with and we would stay here again.

Absolutely perfect! Couldn't have asked for anything better!

Lisa's place was PERFECT. My husband and I rented out this house for 14 of our friends for our wedding weekend. Everyone reported having plenty of space and loving their rooms. The back house was great for the people who needed some quiet space, and the front house was great for group gatherings. The driveway was super clutch, and the little front yard space was perfect - we brought a corn hole set and people loved hanging out out front! There were plenty of bathrooms, and everyone reported the beds being super comfy. The location was PERFECT. Literally a block from Magazine St. and lots of shops and restaurants.

We truly could not have asked for a better place to house our guests for our wedding weekend!

Great location, lots of room for all of us

We had a wonderful family get together. The location was great - it was easy to get anywhere from here. Lots of cute shops and nice coffee shops nearby. The house had plenty of room for all of us. Thanks to Lisa for working with us to let us get into the house early. The house is not fancy, but very comfortable and having four bathrooms was great. Nice and clean and pleasant.

12 Person Group Success in Uptown

Lisa was a dream to work with. We initially rented another home that cancelled on us, and Lisa was able to communicate and book in a very timely manner. She also offered any help to make the process easier (recommendations, extending checkin/checkout times). The beds in the house were extremely comfortable, and the towels are so soft!! Ubers are definitely necessary to get to the French Quarter or some of the other restaurants we went to, but I would stay in Uptown every time. The community vibe and safety of the neighborhood was nice. Plus Whole Foods and coffee shops, and clothing stores in close proximity were amazing luxuries for all of our guests.
