A Slice of Heaven...

This property was amazing! Right on Lake Michigan. Plenty of room for a family of four. We could fall asleep to the sounds of the waves on the shore. Nice flat lawn for playing lawn games and a short, flat walk out (very few steps) to the beach. Beautiful sunsets every night. Could walk on the beach with seeing virtually no one. Got to see many of the sailboats go by in the Chicago to Mackinaw Island sailing competition when we were there. John and Brigid were very helpful in making sure we could utilize the WiFi service to make it possible for us to work remotely when we had to which was a nice convenience. Plenty of great golf nearby, beautiful biking, hiking in the state park down the road, and just time to sit on the beach and read a book with our favorite beverages in hand. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Northwest Michigan. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our stay on the shore of Lake Michigan. It was great to just cross the lawn and be at the beach. The condo was great. No complaints at all. The weather was warm and cold, the lake was calm and very rough. We got a lot of beautiful photos of the calm and the huge sprays of water from the rough waves. So glad we rented here.

While the local town is charming (we enjoyed the local parade and nearby canoeing), our favorite part of this trip was just enjoying this beautiful rental property. There's plenty of space for a large family, with adorable rustic decore, our favorite room was the upstairs Game room, because of its beautiful view of the lake. There was direct access to the beach, a bonfire area, which we enjoyed both immensely. I highly recommend this property!

We stayed in this property for a week in July, it was perfect. We loved the place right next to the beach with miles of sandy beach north and south of the house. We took morning and afternoon walks and we barely met anyone. It was the best location we could ever desired. The condo was sparkiling clean and had all the amenities you may ever need in such a location. The layout allows complete privacy in the two floors, both of them with a living space and TV, perfect for granpa, children and grandkids. The deck is a beautiful place to relax, you do not need to go anyplace else, you have the sunset right in front of the house. Gorgeous. We highly recommend this place for a perfect family getaway.

(The only downside was that the towels and sheets were not included in the price)
