Available Immediately, adult only, fully furnished and equipped two story detached saltbox house located in Torbay, approximately 15 minutes from the Health Sciences Complex, Downtown St. John’s and Memorial University. Home is located off the main road and is on a very quiet, residential street. There is a gorgeous panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean which also looks out over the hillsides of the town of Torbay. Access to the East Coast Trail is a one minute walk.
There are two bedrooms and a den. There are two full bathrooms plus a half bathroom (toilet and sink). Amenities include the following: queen sized beds in each of the bedrooms with linens; towels, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, 46 inch LCD TV in the living room with basic cable; stackable full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, vacuum cleaner and shop vac. Paved driveway with plenty of parking for two cars. Landlord will do the lawn care, however, snow clearing will be the responsibility of long term tenants only.
No children, smokers and pets, and I’m only interested in renting to individuals who are quiet, tidy, responsible and respectful of the house and its contents, as well as the family-oriented neighbourhood in which the house is situated.

My family and I stayed at Suzanne's gorgeous property and it was even better than the photos showed. Super clean and modern on the inside with spectacular views on the outside. If you get the chance to stay here take it.
The moment we walked into the house we felt at home. It was very clean and exceptionally well equipped and decorated. The location is in a beautiful setting overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and is very quiet.
We enjoyed the access to the East Coast Trail as well as the closeness to places like Signal Hill, Quidi Vidi, Cape Spear and the Portugal Cove Ferry to Bell Island. It is minutes away from shopping and all that St. John's has to offer.
We to enjoyed the fabulous gingerbread...the owner was always available and responsive...

Beautiful home equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Pride of ownership is obvious as the home is very clean, nicely decorated and has amazing views. Just a short ride to downtown St. John's and the airport. If you have a car, you can easily travel around many of the beautiful towns and see the sights. The east coast trail is close by for some great hiking adventures. We hope to return again! Thank you Suzanne, we had a great vacation.
I echo all of the past positive reviews. Owner is very responsive and is available to help if needed. The house is lovely, newly redone and completely stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy your stay. Location and view are outstanding. We will endeavour to return in the future!
This house is beautifully maintained, impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and well-equipped. It's in a GREAT, peaceful location with a view of the ocean and access to the East Coast Trail, yet it is a short (10-15 minutes, maybe?) drive to St. John's. We saw breathtaking sunrises, icebergs, whales, and rolling fog, and hiked spectacular miles of the East Coast Trail that is minutes from the property. The owner is responsive and responsible and may deliver homemade gingerbread. Fabulous in every way!
Minutes from the airport and maybe 12 kms from Downtown St John's, the location of this place is perfect! The owner had left the place spotless and well stocked in terms of utensils, pots and pans,etc... Nice sitting area, comfortable bed, great amenities. You will lack nothing. The owner is accessible, helpful and spoils you. She had left ginger bread for us! Delicious! She had also offered to get groceries for us as we were arriving early. We did not need her to do that but we thought it was amazing that she offered.
We saw an iceberg (yes in July!) right in the bay. Sitting on the chairs on the hill with a glass of rosé is priceless. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. We stayed a week and were sad to leave... We will come back one day...
