Perfect center city location, EVERYTHING within walking distance! This unit sleeps 4 people on two queen sized beds.
This is a 1st floor condo located in a quiet corner of the complex. No stairs required. Perfect for families with young children or guests with climbing difficulties.
Each guest has full use of Sun Beach's heated swimming pool, BBQ at the pool deck, and large spacious deck with chairs and chaise lounges! Free Cable TV and Wi Fi is included. We PROMISE that you and your family will LOVE your Ocean City, NJ vacation here!

This excludes sheets, towels, beach supplies, beach tags, paper products, trash bags, soaps (bath, kitchen, dishwasher, laundry), shampoos, hair dryers, condiments. Those items must be supplied by the Guests.
My wife and I love Ocean City so much that we purchased the condo in 2007. We wanted a place that we could offer up to renters that we would be proud to rent ourselves when we visit OCNJ. We strive for a clean and neat experience.

We chose unit 103 at Sun Beach because it is convenient to everything that is 'happening' in Ocean City. Its 2 blocks from the board walk. The complex has a beautiful heated pool and off street parking. The unit is in a quiet first floor corner of the complex so it is nice and quiet at night
The unit is clean, lovely and convenient. It has off street parking so park your car and walk to the beach. Enjoy !!
This condo is very convenient to town and the boardwalk.
You are only two blocks from Asbury Ave. Just up the block is the Chatterbox Restaurant. Going the other direction you are only two blocks from the boardwalk near Shriver's Candy.
Be sure to bring all the supplies you might need during your stay. Bring coffee filters to use with the drip coffee maker. Also bring dish soap, sponge, etc. and any bath soap, toiletries, towels, etc.
It was clean. Very close to everything. 2 blocks from the boardwalk, shops, supermarket, pharmacy all in walking distance. Pool was nice. Would rent again
Quiet, safe and close to everything. Tight space for 4 people. Beds uncomfortable. Owner was responsive to an issue.
Great location and very clean. Parking is a little tight if you have a big vehicle. We plan to go back in the fall. Great off season rates.

I've stayed here countless times. Sometimes for a day, sometimes for a week. Owner is very open to accommodate schedules (based on availability of course) but will do what he can to get you in. The place has everything you need. Two comfortable beds, fresh linens, fridge, stove, sink, microwave, etc... It's also well maintained, nothing broken and everything appears new, year after year. Did I mention it's on the first floor (no steps to worry about) and you get your own parking space which is AWESOME! As for the location, it's a quick walk to the middle of the boardwalk (Music Pier) and beach access. Pool is clean and provides a great place to just chill out after a day at the beach or a night on the boards. I've been a return customer for years and look forward to our stay this summer. This place is a no-brainer, well worth the value and very competitively priced. Love it!
