LUXURIOUS COMFORTABLE VACATIONING AT THE BEACH Truly a comfortable, spacious and beautiful modern home inside and out. Recently upgraded thru-out with granite and marble countertops, travertine flooring (except for 2nd and 3rd bedroom which have new carpet).
I have lived in Southern CA for over 25 years and quickly gravitated to the beach. I chose Playa Del Rey because of its unpretentious laid back charm and location, easy 10 minutes from LAX and 3 major freeways and 5 minutes to the sand.
I recently remodeled the entire home focusing on comfort and luxury inside and out. I loved the architecture and views from the onset. I truly value high-end design and my creature comforts from linens, art to furniture, hence the remodel.
I am now at a place in my life where I want to share my home and do some travelling myself. I hope you will enjoy and appreciate my home as much as I do.

I fell in love with the unique Mid-Century architecture and ocean views. The home has high ceilings, a very open floor plan, large rooms and large windows in every room capturing views of sailboat regattas, the beach, Marina jetty, Santa Monica Pier, and Santa Monica Mountains.
Our stay in"Aquatic Home" has been extraordinary. We wanted a quiet house in Los Angeles to combine business and vacation for a month and has been wonderful. The house is very well situated, 3 minutes from the beach (just down a street ). The beach is extremely quiet, clean and familiar.
The house is modern , cozy and fully equipped . This very well it laid out with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large open kitchen. It has everything you need to make it very comfortable . Kim, the owner, is a very thoughtful person who cares us if a problem occurs. Certainly we recommend this place and would not hesitate to return for another stay in Los Angeles.

Nice kitchen set up - fully stocked with cookware-dinner ware-coffee ground by Kim and available for guests. Two full bathrooms make it very convenient for families. Thank you for sharing your home. It was a central location to all other areas we visited.
The home overall was well suited for our needs. Beds were comfortable, however, master bed is only a queen which is not mentioned in listing. Master bathroom is a shared bathroom which was disappointing with another full bath off the kitchen away from bedrooms. Home is remodeled with new appliances and bathroom fixtures & tile. One inconvenience to us, was no TV in main room, only in 2 bedrooms with limited programming. We didn't go to beach, however, it was right down the road. The airport was a real pain, only from midnight to 6am was it quiet. The Ocean views were wonderful. One point to consider - this is a private residence and homeowner does not give you access to garage or driveway for parking.
My family and I stayed at this home in August and we all thoroughly loved it. It's an elegant, well-appointed home and we stayed very comfortably for 5 days. There was plenty of room w/ 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All the amenities we needed. Playa del Rey is a quiet little residential neighborhood very close to Marina del Rey. The home is within walking distance of the beach. Street parking was always available right in front of the home. We loved looking out the windows at the amazing ocean views. Beautiful home, calm and relaxing area, not to be missed! Our hostess was very hospitable and took great care to make sure the home was in spotless condition upon our arrival and made sure we had a perfect stay.
