Your wonderful, comfortable vacation home has 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths. The master bedroom has a walk in closet, large shower, jacuzzi tub, vanity with make-up mirror, sliding door with access to patio. The other two large bedrooms have private baths with showers, blow dryers, and built in desks. All the mattresses are pillow top Beauty Rests. All bedding and linens are new.
Half bath is great for when guests visit.
An open concept family room/kitchen area with convection oven, built in microwave, side by side fridge/freezer, down draft cook top, dishwasher, solid surface counter tops by Corian. Fully equipped kitchen including Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven and stand mixer. Dining space seats 6, chairs are on wheels.
Family room has all Lazy Boy reclining furniture with 60' HDTV and DVR. Sliding door opens on to back yard patio with ceiling fans, facing west to enjoy nearly unobstructed sunsets. Backyard opens on to bike paths and the Chip and Putt. The Club house is in view and walking distance.
Private office area with computer, a reclining Lazy Boy chair and a memory foam futon.
Beautiful laundry room with Whirlpool front loader machines.
Two car garage, 2 Townie cruiser bicycles, set of golf clubs and BBQ grill.
The house has vaulted ceilings, tile floors in halls kitchen and bathrooms, newer carpet in all other living areas.
Wireless internet and cable tv. All bedrooms have tv's.
We are, Betty Serfazo and Craig Degenhardt, the second owners of this well built and maintained house. We bought the home to live in while Craig was working on an Intel project. His new project has him going to Moscow, Russia and me living back in Albuquerque near our children. We love travel and have lived in Israel and China and visited many other places. The homes we have lived in always hold a special place in our hearts.

Fell in love with the kitchen. Bought it because the guest rooms were perfect with their own bathrooms. Guests are always more comfortable when visiting with a private bath.
The house was built in 1997, it is the newest house in the neighborhood. The builder/owner designed it from the ground up. He owned a lumber company in Oregon and spent his winters in Sun Lakes, he over saw every phase of construction. The orange and grapefruit trees are a wonderful treat. Neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are wonderful.
We had a wonderful time in this home. We had guests who had their own private section of the house and private baths. BIG kitchen. It has everything down to the paper towels! Owner extremely helpful and friendly. The beds are very comfortable, except a king in the master would be nice. HUGE closets. Rooms are much larger than they appear in photos. The Laundry room is TO DIE FOR! She even leaves soap, etc, but I purchased my own. The view out the living room is looking out at a perfectly manicured "Pitch and Put" golf course and a walk/bike path. It is so interesting to sit and see activities. If you sit outside you can make new friends. There is everything there you could need even a computer and printer.!!! Which is in a den and provides a second sitting room. The clubhouse is dated but has more than enough to entertain everyone and they have activities all the time, plus 2 heated swimming pools! Tennis courts! Lots of wonderful lakes you can take a walk or bike around the area and have a very enjoyable trip. It would be nice to have a good map as it can get confusing! I made my own on google maps. The area is well developed and landscaping mature and very nicely maintained. This is an older area and not a new house, but the house appears to hardly have any wear. I think it must have been vacant many years. So things aren't brand new but they are very high end when it was built. The home has high ceilings, extra lighting luxuries, spacious halls, quiet, tv's in every bedroom and living room - huge 60" with cable and internet. If you are a homebody, such a good place to relax. If you want to golf, bike ride, go for walks, swim etc etc, it is all here! And huge garage! We took many day trips to various areas and we also have family and friends in the near area. We would have it locked up for next year but not sure where we want to go next year so take advantage before we do!
We enjoyed our stay very much. Home has many amenities that fit our needs. Our grandchildren had a great time swimming, golfing and bike riding. Would definitely come back again!
Been renting homes in Phoenix area for 4 years during Cactus League baseball. This home is by far the finest home we have stayed. Golf courses nearby. Home in the finest shape with the owners very accommodating.
