Two story townhouse; all white marbled floors; front & back yards, with shrubs and BBQ; big communal swimming-pool; huge safe area for children; the main attraction of this house is its location: in a quiet residential area but within walking distance to supermarkets, bars, Puerto Marina, beach, buses, train, taxi ranks, cyber, pharmacy, etc.

Living-room wit Sat TV, DVD, air-con, fire place and books in English.

4 bedrooms upstairs can accommodate 8 easily, 2 bathrooms upstairs and WC downstairs.

For families with babies we provide cot, pram and high-chair at no extra charge.

House not recommended for groups of youngsters, hen parties or noisy groups.

3 golf clubs around: Torrequebrada (private) is only 7 minutes by car.

Benalmadena (public) is only 5 minutes by car.

Malaga (public) is only 8 minutes by car.

Sierra Nevada ski resort is a 90 minutes drive: Take the road to Granada (75 minutes drive) and then the road to Sierra Nevada. You can see the snowed mountains from the house.

Day tour to Africa: You may visit Ceuta (Spain) or Tangiers (Morocco) in a day tour. Drive to Algeciras (90') and take a ferry or join the daily tours 'all included' on sale in every travel agency or hotel in the Costa, you don't need passport for Ceuta, but If you travel to Tangiers (Morocco) you need to bring your passport.

Family group of females celebrating a fiftieth birthday for a long weekend.

My great niece collected the keys from Jose who was most welcoming and showed her around prior to our flight arriving.

A house that is deceptively spacious and there was more than enough room for everyone to be comfortable.

Everything you could need and want. Easily located and a short walk to the marina and beaches and nightlife.

I would not hesitate to book this house again, and would not hesitate to bring my husband and children and grandchildren.

Property was exactly as described and the owner couldn't do enough for us.

The property was clean and well maintained for a holiday let. The owner was in constant contact by text to make sure our stay was satisfactory. It’s situated in a quiet residential street but close enough to the Marina and 24 hr square. We were happy with the property and would visit again.

Best place to stay ever :) Kasia and Maciek

Highly recommend!! Perfect location near marina shops restaurants and promenade. Very quiet area. In the hause you can find everything what you need :) swemming pool always clean and very quiet!! WIFI! Owener and his friend very friendly and helpful. For sure we gonna come back :) Regrads from Ireland K. M.

Perfect location for our holiday

There were 7 adults and 1 two year old staying for 7 nights, the house was in an ideal location for us as it was near the marina and an area we know well which is Montemar, the house itself catered for all of our needs and had everything we required , even down to a cot bed and a high chair for the baby. Although when we arrived the cot bed was not there , but one phone call to the owner Jose it promptly arrived. Could have not asked for a better service. All in all a fabulous place to stay and would highly recommend. Thank you

Spacious 4 bedroom house with a nice and quiet communal pool

4 of us (2 couples) rented this property for a week in September, and it was fine for us, a 10 minute walk to the marina, with bars to stop at on the way. The communal pool was large enough and always very quiet, a very pleasant area to relax after a swim, josé the owner always available if you needed him and very informative of the area

Next to El Pinillo train station, 8 km W. from Malaga airport on the Torremolinos to Arroyo de la Miel road; first street left after Super-Sol supermarket coming from Repsol petrol station. Lidl supermarket is only 200 meters S. from the house. The beach and Puerto Marina with many bars, restaurants and discos are only 800 meters down the road. You can stroll to Arroyo de la Miel (20 minutes): lovely town, with a lively flea market on Wednesdays and a street market on Friday mornings.Torrequebrada Casino is only a 10' drive, also its Golf Course and nudist beach. For the younger ones: Tivoli World Amusement Park (25 minutes walk), Torremolinos Aqualand (10 minutes drive), Sea-Life Aquarium (10 minutes walk), Fuengirola Zoo (30 minutes ride by train or bus), Selwo Safari World (45 minutes drive). For all the family: Plaza Mayor, leisure centre (8 km); Malaga, Picasso's birth place and museum (14 km); Marbella's Puerto Banus (40 km); Sierra Nevada skiing resort (150 km); Nerja Caves, 40km W;Gibraltar (160 km) and Tangiers, in Morocco, can be made on a day trip.
