Born and raised here in Farmington we originally purchased this beautiful home to live in and start our young family. Although the home is 2100 ft we quickly felt like we out grew it and purchased a larger home.
Landon purchased this house in 2008
It was when we upgraded to a larger home that we decided to make this one a rental. We felt there was a need for a larger home in the area that is new and not run down. So many times I have heard that there isn't anything nice in the area to rent with a little more space that isn't cramped in a condo or apartment setting in town.
We chose this property because it is a gorgeous home with some space. It is on an acre of land with a fence in back yard with sprinkler system. We also liked the split floor plan with a very large kitchen and master bath. The view from the kitchen window is snow capped mountains to the north. I also personally enjoyed driving home in the evenings on the top of the mesa looking out to see Shiprock in the middle of a gorgeous sunset.
The property was absolutely wonderful. Very clean and comfortable. It was very accessible to all the places we needed to go. Loved the back patio and lawn. Very relaxing. The owners were very friendly and willing to help in any way they could.
I stayed here with my mom and 3 young boys ages 6, 3, and 10 months. We were blown away after we walked in for the first time. It's gorgeous!! Nicer than the pictures show! It was just perfect in every way for my needs. We were able to park in the garage for safe loading and unloading. The washer and dryer are modern and worked very well. Easy to baby proof, and the yard was great for the kids. Beautiful grass without any hazards and fully fenced in. The master suite is especially nice! It has nice wide hallways and is just open and roomy everywhere. Make sure you have a good map, or a gps ideally. There are a ton of turns to get to it. We highly recommend this place to anyone, young or old, and hope to return this winter for another comfortable stay!
We really liked this deceptively spacious and attractive house in a quiet residential area a few minutes drive from the centre of Farmington. It's well laid out and has a particularly nice master bedroom and en-suite. All very comfortable and spotlessly clean. A perfect base for visiting Chaco Canyon, Mesa Verde, Aztec and Salmon Ruins. Landon provided excellent customer service, and although this was the third and last house we stayed in on this trip, Landon was the first owner/manager to refund our deposit.
The house is beautifully maintained, very clean, worked great for our family. It is a little far from town but that was fine for our needs. We cooked our meals there and found the kitchen well equipped. Thanks
Everything with the house was perfect. When we had a problem with the hot water heater the owner took care of it immediately. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay again! Thank you so much!
