Our luxury catered ski chalet Saskia has consistently been the most popular choice amongst our guests since it was built by Ski Peak in 2000. Thanks to the combination of its picture-postcard location on the south facing, sundrenched slopes of Vaujany and its smart and stylish interior, it has become the flagship Vaujany ski chalet of Ski Peak. Chalet hosts Marcus and Rosa have built up a loyal following amongst Ski Peak regulars over the years for their impeccable service, their knowledge of the area and above all Marcus’s superlative cuisine. The unique mirror-image design of the chalet allows it to be used as a whole, taking advantage of all ten fully en-suite bedrooms. Alternatively, the chalet can be divided for smaller groups into two identical and separate halves, each with their own lounge and dining areas, sharing a communal games room, or booked on a room by room basis. As a ski chalet near Alpe d’Huez, but in the beautiful charm of Vaujany we offer the best of both worlds.

Why Nigel Purkhardt chose Vaujany
Staying at Chalet Saskia is a real treat. We love it for a skiing holiday in the winter, so close to the main lift-station, but the summer is also amazing with so much to do including the new via-ferrata by the waterfall; absolutely stunning.
What makes this Chalet unique
The cuisine is an experience in itself and then Vaujany itself is hidden gem of a place with a village atmosphere and world class skiing and superb facilities. They have just finished building an International Ice Hockey stadium and bowling facility!
