This 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom home sleeps 8.

Please note, there is a 6 day minimum during the summer weeks but we are willing to rent Monday-Friday if you only want 5 nights.

Enjoy this fantastic beach unit that is within a block from the ocean and just a short walk to the Bay. Situated in a prime location of Dewey Beach, this Dagsworthy Street house can be rented midweek (sun-fri) or full week (sat-sat, fri-fri or sun-sun). Also available for extended stays.

Newly updated screened in porch offers privacy while listening to the summer bands of the Bottle and Cork. To enjoy the beach, which is only a short walk, umbrellas, beach chairs and wagon are made available. To help make your stay even more comfortable and easy, bed sheets, towels and beach towels are available- just bring your belongings and ENJOY!

Park your car (3 spots are available) and take advantage of the fantastic and highly rated restaurants of Rehoboth Beach by riding the Jolly Trolley, conveniently located at the end of the street. It runs every 20 minutes from 9 am to 2 am.

Truly in the heart of Dewey!

What's not to love! You can walk everywhere which was ideal for the adults and teens in our family. It was great to be able to sleep in and walk across the street to the beach rather than get up at dawn to wrangle a parking spot. Loved being able to hear the great bands at the Bottle n Cork from the screened in porch without fighting the crowd. Tim was more than responsive. He gave us a heads up on local events and the house was fully stocked. All we needed was ourselves. Would definitely come back again. Our only suggestion would be a room darkening curtain in the upstairs room with the deck. Otherwise, very comfortable unit and fabulous location. Thanks, Tim!

Great House!

The house is very nice and cute. It was a great location to the beach and the bay and things to do around Dewey. We had a blast this past week. Would recommend to anyone!!

Great! But not ideal for families w/ young kids

This property is a perfect if you're young and enjoy the beach nightlife and not sleeping. As the description says, it really is in the heart of Dewey's nightlife scene and just a short walk to the beach. We had 2 small kids and 1 baby during our stay here, however, and the live music from Bottle & Cork that goes until midnight made for a few rough nights. But the property itself is clean and the 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms made for a comfortable stay. Tim was a great help and so responsive to any questions we had! Can't say enough good things about him.

Perfect spot for a Dewey Beach getaway!

My friends and I stayed here this past week and had the best time! Very spacious and plenty of room for the 8 of us without feeling cramped. The condo is clean, well stocked, and easily accessible to the beach and every hot spot in Dewey. Tim was very easy to get in contact with and so helpful with any questions we had. 10/10! Would definitely stay here again!
