LOCATION LOCATION!! Close to DTC, shopping and public transportation. Very clean and updated 2nd floor condo. New carpet in bedroom. Wood floors in main room and tile in kitchen and bathroom. New shower tile in bathroom. Great balcony looking out over pool area. Kitchen appliance recently updated. Very open floor plan with wood burning fireplace! Cherry Creek school district.Swimming pool. Tennis court.
Property is not as pictured. None of the furnishings pictured are present. Instead sparse low quality furnishings are present. The "dining table" is an end table with chairs pulled up to it. No furniture on deck. Fireplace left dirty. Smelled like there had been a fire in the unit. Essentially no kitchen supplies or utensils. Three bath towels is the complete extent of the linens.
Manager denied these observations initially. Eventually admitted previous tenants had stolen property and that the property was not as presented. Manager/owner came around to resolution and let us out of the rental but it took some convincing. Monies have not yet been refunded thru vrbo but should be.
As a fellow owner/manager of a vrbo rental, this unit should not be rented as it is.
