A BEACHFRONT 3 bedroom townhouse steps from the beach, with stunning views.

Our October Renter just cancelled...so we're having a sale!!

B4 Sunset is a beautiful PET-FREE 3-bedroom unit in the gated SeaCliffs development at the North end of the Cape. Next door to the entrance to St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, it is custom-made for people looking for a relaxing, resort-quality vacation experience.

This three bedroom, 2 3/4 bath townhouse offers unobstructed views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico from each of the three tiled decks. The entire unit has been freshly remodeled with new paint throughout, brand new furniture in every room of the house and an updated kitchen with every convenience you could want, including garbage disposal and trash compactor.

The first floor features a large living room, with queen-size sleeper sofa, a large walk-through kitchen, a bar with seating for 3 and a dining room that seats 6. The first floor also has a half-bath and a LARGE tiled deck that overlooks the ocean, with a brand new balcony-height table and 4 chairs for enjoying that morning coffee or evening cocktail.

The second floor includes two large bedrooms. The Starfish room is on the beach side, and features a queen-size bed, large closet and its own tiled deck overlooking the beach. It connects to a jack-and-jill bathroom that features a full bathtub/shower AND a stand-up shower. The bathroom connects to The Blue Room, which has another queen-size bed and large closet.

The Master Bedroom is on the third floor, with lots of floor space, a king-size bed, an extra-large tiled deck with newly purchased seating for two, and an oversized walk-in closet. The master bath has two sinks and a full bathtub/shower. We have added a brand new silent AC unit that services the master bedroom and keeps it nice and cool.


The ground floor features a covered two-car carport, a laundry room with washer and dryer, and walk-out access to the boardwalk to the beach. We also have a hot and cold water outdoor shower for use. Great getting the sand off before heading inside.

SeaCliffs Community is not one of those over-sized, over-populated developments. It has a large swimming pool that is rarely if ever crowded, and its beaches give you plenty of space to spread out and enjoy your privacy. There is also a playground areas for kids.

We bought a place here to get away from Atlanta's hustle and bustle. If you're looking for tons of people, irritating traffic, hour-long restaurant waits and mini-golf on every corner...we suggest someplace else. If you want an ideal place to relax, unwind and enjoy a beach vacation at your own pace in a private area...B4 Sunset is for you.

We are native Atlantans who have been coming down to Florida's Forgotten Coast for twenty years. After dreaming of owning our own place, we took the plunge in 2013, remodeled the unit and christened it 'B4 Sunset.' Now we have created a place that is warm, welcoming and feels like a place that we'd want to visit rather than just a 'rental' unit.

Why David and Kim Epps chose North West Florida

We love this place because we always wanted to vacation where we weren't piled on top of other families on the beach, and where we didn't have to fight people 'cruising' the main strip. We didn't want high-rise condos down the beach, or parasailers and jet skiers all day long. We didn't want planes flying by the beach advertising two-for-one drink specials. WHAT WE DID WANT was a resort-quality, un-commercial, private and amazing beach home. We wanted to be able to sit and watch the amazing sunsets, and kayak with dolphins that cruise up and down the beach. We wanted to be able to go Scalloping, to snorkel and see marine wildlife up close and personal, and to take walks on the beach where you pass a handful of people, not an army. We found it, and you're about to as well!

What makes this townhome unique

You know that moment? When you realize that the sunset you're watching is going to be unique? Maybe you have a glass of wine in your hand or maybe your kids are in your lap. Maybe its the romantic end to a great day. No matter what, it's that moment when you grab your camera to capture it because you know there won't be another one like it tomorrow. At B4 Sunset, that describes almost every night. You can't drag yourself away, until the sun drops...and you head to the beach for a bonfire and s'mores and build another set of memories.

B4 Sunset is the place to stay at the Cape! It is a beautiful, clean and inviting place. The owners have really taken great pride in their "slice of paradise". It was the perfect place to spend with our family and make wonderful memories. We had four adults and three children in the condo----we actually had to look for each other----now that is what I call roomy !!!!! The owners were so considerate to let us know what would be going on so we could make our plans for the day. We got to see the Light House being moved from the Cape to Port St. Joe!!!! A WONDERFUL PLACE, we highly recommend B4 Sunset! What a cute name! Oh! wait til you see the view!!

Great place!

The house was tastefully and comfortably furnished. Owners seem to be proud of their efforts to create a hospitable vacation site. We have been vacationing at the Cape for 22 years or more (15 at Seacliffs), and this is by far the nicest unit we have rented. EVERYTHING WORKED! (Except the trash compactor, which they warned us about.) The only problem we encountered was not really the owners' fault. The cable network was horrible. WiFi was down more than not, and we had to reboot it many times each day (sometimes successfully, sometimes not). Apparently services are bundled, and for several hours we were without WiFi, telephone and TV. We weren't there to watch TV anyway, but with the spotty cell service on the Cape, a landline phone is essential in an emergency. Will likely rent from these owners again, and we recommend them to others.

Loved the view from all 3 balconies. Place was in good, not great, shape.

Very easy stroll from the townhouse to the boardwalk and the beach. Not very crowded. Only down side is the lack of cell service on and around the Cape and the travel needed to get to dining and groceries.

There were a few cosmetic issues with the townhouse such as the front door lock could only be operated with the key and there is very little water pressure in the outdoor shower.

Overall, an enjoyable trip and David was outstanding in his communications. I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Great stay in Cape San Blas

We had a great time staying in B4 Sunset on Cape San Blas. The condo was clean and well stocked and the location of the condo is fantastic. It doesn't get much better than opening your doors and seeing and hearing the ocean. SeaCliffs is a very nice complex, clean and well taken care of with a very nice pool.

We love the quietness of Cape San Blas and will definitely be coming back!

Looking for tons of people, restaurants, shopping, theaters and mini-golf? This is not your vacation spot! Cape San Blas is beautiful, not-crowded and some might say downright boring. But for families, couples and friends looking for beautiful beaches, amazing wildlife and views and your own space, nothing beats Cape San Blas. And B4 Sunset sits at the northern end of the Cape, right next to the entrance to the State Park. That means almost no traffic, fewer people and a short walk to the unspoiled and untouched beaches of the State Park.
