OVERVIEW:This unit has undergone some additions/renovations-brand new flooring, interior painting, new appliances & countertops, new furnishings, and decor. Beautiful OCEAN-FRONT condominium with fantastic views! Henlopen Condominium is an ocean-front building located at the quieter northern end of the boardwalk. The building offers an outside shower and easy beach and boardwalk access. Key card entry access and 24-hour security. Within walking distance, via the boardwalk to downtown Rehoboth's many restaurants and shops. Offering three bedrooms, all with OCEAN VIEWS, two bathrooms, and will sleep six comfortably. Excellent open concept with multiple balconies, all with OCEAN VIEWS, nicely decorated, and very clean. Garage parking for our guests, community playground steps away from the building, and extended cable. Each bedroom has a TV, beautiful natural light, and access to the courtyard overlooking the beach and boardwalk. Children's park steps away and walking paths for easy access to downtown. Call today! ** PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: reservation must be seven nights, linens are not provided, height restriction for the garage parking, no pets, and no smoking!**
LOCATION: Located on the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk. The Oceanfront building is at the north end of the boardwalk.
PARKING: Garge parking for one car. There is a height restriction.
AMENITIES: Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, ceiling fans, cable TV, community amenities, outdoor shower, and community playground steps away from the building.
THINGS TO KNOW: Reservations must be seven nights. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a linen rental package to guests. No pets and no smoking. There is a height restriction to entering the garage for parking! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful beach views and comfortable living

This condo is spacious and comfortable, and it has an unbeatable location at the north end of the Rehoboth boardwalk. With windows on two sides (plus mirrors), there's plenty of natural light and a killer view that stretches north to Cape Henlopen State Park. It's on the second floor, so there's some noise from pedestrians and the parking lot beside the building, but nothing excessive in our experience; it's quiet enough with the doors closed. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Beach Condo Getaway

The location of this property is excellent. It is a corner condo right on beach with a short walk to the Main Street. It was quiet as it was at the end of the boardwalk. Property is a bit dated. The internet connection was inadequate; sometimes difficult to watch a movie together in the evenings. When it did connect, it would go out several times during the movie. It was a bit frustrating.
