Small terraced house in private domain with swimming pool. 300 m from the sea and two small beaches.

Furnished and decorated with modern and functional, perfectly adapted to 4 people, terrace not overlooked, includes an awning and 2 chairs + table and chairs + quality lighting and socket and support for éléc grill (not supplied)

Vue magnifique dans une résidence calme

Appartement propre, accueil sympathique du propriétaire, vue magnifique sur la terrasse sans vis à vis, mer accessible à pied, l Esterel et ses rochers rouges à proximité, piscine privée dans la résidence, bref, tout ce qu il faut pour passer de merveilleuses vacances!!

pépite en bord de mer avec une vue imprenable

Nous étions un peu inquiets après avoir quitté notre première location car comme le dis l'adage, on sait ce qu'on quitte mais on ne sait jamais où l'on arrive et quelle fut notre surprise lorsque nous somme arrivés et avons ouvert les volets :) une vue imprenable sur le golf tout simplement magnifique.

La location est très propre et très bien équipée y compris dans la partie cuisine où la vaisselle est neuve et de qualité de même que les ustensiles de cuisine. il ne manquait rien.

côté terrasse, que dire si ce n'est que nous avons toujours pu déjeuner et diner dehors (un grand merci au temps) en profitant de la vue et des couchers de soleil dans le calme absolu

le propriétaire a également pensé à toute la documentation sur la région agrémentées de photos et de conseils très utiles pour ne pas se faire avoir, c'est toujours utile lorsque l'on arrive dans un endroit que nous ne connaissons pas.

La résidence est en bordure d'une petite plage très agréable et parfaite pour y aller avec les enfants et si cela ne convient pas, la piscine est accessible par un petit sentier très agréable, le tout dans une résidence surveillée et très bien entretenue.

Un point important à mentionner : Le matin on peut aller chercher pain et viennoiserie à l'entrée de la résidence et à notre grande surprise, les produits étaient très bons et de qualité.

Nous avons donc passé une excellente semaine avec nos deux filles dans cet endroit et nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir l'année prochaine.

la région est superbe et il y a tellement de chose à voir dans le coin et l'arrière pays que nous devrons revenir.

nous regrettons juste de ne pas avoir eu la chance de croiser le propriétaire qui était en vacance mais ce n'est que partie remise. La communication s'est très bien passé et nous retenons que c'est une personne très organisée qui s'enquiert de rendre le séjour des occupants très agréable et qui pense à tout.

Un grand merci également pour la bouteille de rosée bienvenue après une longue route :)

en conclusion on ne peut que recommander une telle location

Que du positif !

Couple avec deux enfants en bas age, nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cet appartement.

Appartement très propre, une vue magnifique sur la mer, au calme, un accès quasi direct aux plages, piscine dans la résidence que des bons points !!

Propriétaire très sérieux et impliqué, nous a donné pas mal d'indications avant notre venue (un classeur avec conseils excursions et restaurants également disponible dans l'appartement).

Je ne peut que recommander !!

Accogliente e simpatico, molto ben organizzato fino nei minimi dettagli, pulito, armadi e cassettiere ben disposte e capienti, ben illumimato anche di sera, curata la scelta delle stampe e delle luci, giardinetto esterno fiorito, curato con vista splendida e tramonti mozzafiato. Proprietario disponibile e fonte di suggerimenti dettagliati sui dintorni, parla italiano benissimo.

Nous avons apprécié la bouteille de rosé pour notre bienvenue, le propriétaire est efficace, réactif et très impliqué dans la bonne organisation de la location. Il est serviable, aimable et drole ce qui ne gache rien.
