You are blocks away from Pikes Place Market, The Space Needle, Shopping district and in the middle of 100s of bars, restaurants and entertainment venues!

This unit is professionally decorated and fully furnished, kitchen is lightly stocked with all the basics and cooking tools. Lots of extra pillows, blankets, linens and room for up to 10. You have full access to the pool, gym, hot tub and sauna.

We have many high profile guests that stay in our units from all around the world from Professional Athletes, Actors, Musicians, Business owners, Tech developers and Attorneys. We cater to all types of guests and this condo is great for family reunions, business trips, tourists and for any traveler wanting the local Seattle Vacation feel! The building is surrounded by all types of restaurants, bars, night clubs, shopping and entertainment venues. Transportation can't be easier. Most people do not drive that live in downtown Seattle. Walk out of the building to the bus line, blocks from the light rail or take a uber/lyft anywhere in town or to the airport!

Perfect location

We stayed here on a girls trip and it worked out really well. So many great places to see are within walking distance. The building is secure and feels safe. The third "bedroom" is really just a landing with a pull out sofa. Seattle is really fun and there's so much to see and do. This was a wonderful home base.

Good but not great

First, let me state that we weren't here on vacation. We stayed here on a business trip because Seattle Hotel prices are out of control and this was a cheaper alternative for three adults business travelers at a software conference.

The property has a great location and everything you need is in walking distance or a cheap Uber ride away. The condo is clean, well furnished and adequately maintained. However, there are things about it that scream "rental property," like the air conditioner venting through windows that don't seal and contribute to the unit being very noisy at night.

Unfortunately, the listing is a bit misleading as a 3 bedroom; it is a two bedroom with two large pull out sofa beds. The "third" bedroom is a loft that must be passed through to get to the upstairs bathroom and bedroom. It affords no privacy to the occupant and makes sleeping difficult because it is directly inline with a floor to ceiling window that has a translucent curtain and allows the street lights in all night.

Other than that, the only issue that we had is the hot water. The unit has a very small, electric water heater without adequate capacity to provide even a short shower in the morning for three adult males. The shower heads are very large, high volume heads and it depletes the capacity within 10 minutes.

The owner and his assistant we're fine to work with; we didn't require much input and so the check in and out were quick and we got all of the information that we needed. Communication prior to arrival could have been better and we had to wait about 40 minutes upon arrival, even though we got there exactly in the middle of the 30 minute window that we were required to provide.

Nice property; probably a good base for a Seattle vacation, but a little bit short of a being 5-star worthy.
