This executive lake home with million dollar views features tongue and groove cedar interior, vaulted ceilings, 2 fireplaces (1 gas, 1 wood-burning), spacious game room, a four season porch, bar area and sauna. It was built in 1995 with updates to the kitchen, flooring and bathrooms in 2022. Our lake home affords amazing views of Johnson Lake.

There are sleeping accommodations for 10 (6 adults and 4 children)

MAIN LEVEL SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Master bedroom has 1 queen size bed with a private bathroom containing a shower and bath tub. Master bedroom has access via a sliding glass door to the solarium and bathroom on suite as well as main living area.

LOWER LEVEL SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Bedroom 1 has full bed and kids bunk beds.
Bedroom two has queen-size bed and kids bunk beds.
Futon in the four season porch/bar area.

Lower level bathroom contains a separate shower space for privacy. SAUNA is adjacent to bathroom.

Large bar and separate living room which leads to outdoor patio.

OUTDOOR FEATURES:

The exterior deck wraps around the side of the lake home and connects to a wonderful solarium in the front. The lakeside lower level of the home has a10'x40' paver block patio.The back of the home has a large paved driveway with basketball hoop.

Panoramic views situated on the south side of Johnson Lake (400 acres) sandy beach w gradual decent into water. Private dock, propane gas grill, adjustable height basketball hoop, 10' x 40' paver block patio, 10' x 15' deck (also wraps around the side and back of the home), paved driveway for parking or playing. Propane fueled fire pit.

For Spring & Summer, a public access is available if you would like to bring a boat or jet ski. We also rent our pontoon. Johnson Lake is crystal clear with a sandy bottom and gradual decent into the water from our beach. Fantastic for recreational activities. There is a large deck and dock right on the water for fishing, relaxing, jumping into water, reading, snacking, etc. must see to believe. What we offer goes above and beyond what you would see elsewhere.

Fall is the most beautiful season on Johnson Lake, quiet and with spectacular leaf color. Come up for a quiet weekend hanging out, quilting, scrapbooking, reading, walking with friends and family.

Winter time solitude is addictive. Although activities such as ice fishing, snowmobiling, sledding and Nordic skiing can fit the bill too. Choose this property for a family bonding experience. Games, puzzles and movies are available.

Other amenities include: Central air conditioning, 30' X 10' solarium, washer/dryer, stainless steel kitchen appliances (new in ‘22), Wi Fi, TV 32" on the main level, 26" in the basement, DVD players, surround sound, 2 ceiling fans, pizza oven and bar area.

The location is close to ATV, cross-country, and bike trails. The St. Croix Casino, Danbury, Voyageur Village Golf Course and Siren Glen Golf Course and Fox Run Golf Course are minutes away. Indoor pool in Siren is available for a small fee for cooler days. A cinema, fitness center, spa, and mini golf can also be found in Siren. We look forward to providing an amazing experience.

Cabin is accessible from I35 in MN and WI 35 in WI, 70 miles north of Twin Cities metro area.
