Enjoy the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from this exquisite 14th Floor Penthouse! Delight in watching both the sunrise/sunset, and dolphins swimming in the gulf waters below from the expansive lanai.

This condo has been updated with a new kitchen and furniture, with many unique touches from a professional designer. Unit has all the luxuries of home, including a 46' Hi Definition/WIFI TV (wifi is included throughout the condo). There is also an in-house music system for you to enjoy.

The outdoor patio (lanai), is one-of-a-kind, you will enjoy both sunshine as well as shade. The beach is a short and easy walk from the condo.

Sleeps 4 -6 comfortably. Master Suite has King Bed, while the 2nd bedroom has 2 double beds. All bedrooms and living areas open onto spacious lanai with sliding doors. Kitchen includes breakfast bar, granite counter tops, and dishwasher. Full laundry inside the unit. 2.5 baths plus walk-in shower in master suite.

Sandcastle I offers a heated swimming pool and whirlpool hot tub within steps of the beach. Property and beach boardwalk secured by electronic access. Common areas include front lobby plus social room with catering kitchen, fitness room, computer room, spacious outdoor areas with gas grills and tables. Private restrooms with showers and saunas. Covered parking with reserved parking space and two tennis courts and shuffleboard. Convenient, easy walk to neighborhood restaurants and shops.

We had visited Marco Island for years before deciding to buy our beautiful condo here at the Sandcastle I. We had stayed at the Sandcastle I before and loved the 'feel' of it and the management. We were thrilled when this unit became available, and finally purchased our warm weather get away from the long, chilly winters of Wisconsin!

Everything about this condo exceeded our expectations. The unit is extraordinarily nice and contained everything we could possible imagine that we might need (or want) to enjoy a great vacation. The view is spectacular - you simply can't escape from it anywhere in the unit. The owner was very easy to work with and always helpful. It seemed more like we were sharing a place that belonged to family than using a rental unit. We were constantly surprised by the owner's generosity as we (gently) used their possessions during our stay.

For us, this was a once in a lifetime vacation. It was only possible because this was the "off season" but the weather was perfect and everything came together for a great time as a family.

Marco Island is expensive, but you can avoid restaurants and buy groceries off of the island. The unit had everything you could possibly need to provide your own meals.

Everything about the description was 100% accurate. The photos really don't do it justice. Typically, we have learned to lower our expectations knowing that reality is won't be as nice as the on-line photo. This time, it was the opposite. The building and the unit are very well maintained and managed. Everything is clean and in great working order.

The bottom line is that we felt totally spoiled during our time here. We were able to enjoy a place much nicer than we imagined or deserved. It far, far exceeded our expectations! Maybe we can return someday..........
