Au calme avec une grande terrasse

Propriétaires trés sympas et chaleureux, sans être du tout envahissants. Quartier résidentiel trés calme. La place de parking est dans le terrain fermé par un portail, mais plutôt exigüe. Attention les grands monospaces. Celà dit le grand scénic passait bien. Sinon, parking à 150m si vous etes à plusieurs véhicules. Intérieur bien aménagé, trés fonctionnel et lumineux, notamment cuisine moderne. Vraie douche avec cloison en dur sur 3 cotés (bien mieux qu'un rideau sur une baignoire !) et robinet thermostatique, trés bien ! Nombreux rangements. Déco sympa, look contemporain. Belle et grande terrasse, avec prolongation sur un petit terrain bien plat et ombragé le midi. Tous commerces à 5 minutes en voiture ou petite marche 1 4 d'heure. Au final , trés content de cette location.
