About this property

We offer you a bright detached apartment with quality services in a charming and luxurious villa, in an exceptional residential environment. This villa overlooks the stunning panorama of the French Riviera. On the left you can see the village of Cabris, to the front the sea with Cannes and the Lérins islands, on the right the Estérel and the lake of Saint-Cassien. The apartment overlooks the landscaped garden planted with trees and the originally shaped swimming pool that is well-fitted in the setting. During the renovation we have carefully used light and modern colours. We just equipped the property with a remotely controlled gate. For gourmets: you will probably enjoy some restaurants in Cabris! We will be happy to welcome you!

Paradise

A perfect place in the sun. The apartment was a good size, plenty of cupboard space, modern kitchen, ideal for two people. The outside terrace with its pool was lovely, with shaded area and incredible views. Perfect relaxation, we didn't want to leave. All exactly as seen on the web page. Claudie was the ideal host, spoke a little English and really friendly but did not intrude. Sincerely hope we will return one day.

Wonderful place with an amazing view

We had a wonderful stay at the house of Claudie and Vicente, they are very kind and perfect hosts. The view and property are beautiful and the neighborhood is also very nice with good restaurants. We would definitely recommend a stay at this wonderful house, and Claudie and Vicente thank you for your hospitality!

Amazing

Claudia has a stunning apartment. The gardens were immaculate and the pool area was lovely and inviting. The village was a lovely 5-10 minute stroll with a cluster of restaurants. Dont rely on the shop being open though. Take anything you need with you. Stunning property and if we make it back to France and Cabris, we would stay there again.

In a Nutshell

This letting lives up to it's description on the site. Claudie and Vincente were excellent hosts,there when you needed them but always discreet. The apartment is well presented and fine for two.As ever, with no aircon we tended to fall between stools,not sure whether to have windows open and risk feeding any bugs in the air or keep them closed and swelter..seldom get that right but that's me all over. Wifi was hit or miss to begin with then mostly miss which might be a problem for some. Cabris itself is pleasant with one or two good restaurants,our favourite being the Chèvre d'Or, but all of them most welcoming. Many thanks to our hosts.

Amazing

What is not to like about this stunning Villa with Breath Taking Panoramic views over the Town, Cannes and the Sea all from the stunning swimming pool and with fantastic hosts. Claudie's English was so much better than our French. Both her and her Husband were charming hosts who allowed us the privacy to enjoy a really relaxing week at their Home. They were Several Restaurants in the town which are within walking distance, Scenic walks within the area and Cannes a 20 minute drive We have never returned to a holiday destination twice but we will be re visiting Claudie and her stunning Villa
