Located less than a mile from downtown Estes Park (Town of Estes Park vacation home registration 3209). This beautiful, updated 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home is located on the Estes Park 9 Hole Executive Golf Course. You’ll enjoy a beautiful view from all windows as well as two decks overlooking the 2nd fairway, mountains and the Big Thompson River. Our home is a short walk (500 yards or less) to the Estes Park Visitors Center, Lake Estes Walking Trail, and the Big Thompson River for fly fishing and Elk Calving Area. We are located a half mile from downtown and on a quiet cul de sac. Enjoy close in convenience along with Rocky Mountain serenity.

The main level features a huge living room equipped with a gas fireplace, leather furniture and mountain views from every window. You can watch the golfers, elk and hummingbirds on the large deck located off the Living room. A charcoal grill is provided. Also located on the main level is a large, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and half bath. A large gameroom with Queen hide away sofa and TV provides a separate play/sleep area for kids and adults alike.

The second floor has three large bedrooms. The Master has a King bed, huge closet and separate bath. A separate deck is located off the master and is the perfect spot for stargazing at night and contemplating the mountains during the day or watching the golfers and fly fishers in the Big Thompson River. Also on the 2nd floor is a bedroom with a Queen bed and another bedroom, the “bunkroom” that has a set of twin bunk beds and a separate full bed. These bedrooms share a large second bathroom.

There is complimentary high speed WiFi and a 48 inch flat screen LCD TV and DVD player in the living room and a 32 inch flat screen LCD TV in the Gameroom and master bedroom.

Our home is a perfect location for a family vacation.

Estes Park at its Finest!

Beautiful home/location for our visit to Estes Park! The home owners and property management company (fixed a garbage disposal issue in minimum time) were very accommodating and made our 7-day stay "stress-free"! The home is comfortable, roomy, inviting and is stocked with everything you need. The back of the house faces the golf course which was abundant with wildlife (elk) during our stay--picturesque scenery in all directions and an easy walk (two blocks) to a local church and 10-15 minute stroll to the downtown area and Estes Park visitor center. My family would stay at this property again and again!!

Great place to stay! Very clean and spacious. Perfect location!

Loved returning to this home after a day of hiking and rafting. The bathrooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. We only used the kitchen for breakfast but found all the necessary items needed to make a delicious meal. The walk to town was a little far for my grandkids(especially after hiking in the morning) so we needed to drive. Parking was a challenge. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the hummingbirds. Only saw 1 elk by the golf course. We would definitely recommend this rental to those looking for a place to stay in Estes Park!

Spacious, clean, well-stocked home

We had a wonderful stay at Sarah and John's home! You can tell that they have really paid attention to detail, with the little guest touches around the home. Things like extra towel racks, laundry baskets, games, artwork, Books, DVDs, extra golf clubs,fans in closets and nice beds. Some of the windows were a bit temperamental but then aren't we all when it's hot.... ;) We were really blessed to escape the heat of the summer. Super close to downtown, and 10 mins to entrance of RMNP. We saw elk, deer, turkeys and even a momma moose and her baby at RMNP!

The back porch was great. Thank you and we'd love to come back!
