4 Bedroom/3 Bathroom Beachfront Condo

Spectacular 2,000+ sq ft beachfront penthouse condo located on the southern tip of Sea Isle City with views of the ocean and Townsend Inlet. Full size modern kitchen, living room w/ cathedral ceiling, 2 ocean front decks, loft, 2 covered parking spots.

The condo is unique in that it is the penthouse unit on the 3rd floor with 2 levels having 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths that can accommodate up to 8 people. There is a large deck on the main floor and a smaller private deck on the second floor. Additionally, there are flat screen tvs in 3 of the bedrooms and a large screen tv as part of a home theater system in the living room.

Guests will have access to a beautiful beach at the tip of the island with fantastic views of the ocean and inlet. You can choose to either enjoy the Atlantic Ocean or the bay views of Townsends Inlet.

The Townsend Inlet neighborhood of Sea Isle City is desirable because of the limited number of homes and commercial businesses in the southern tip of the island.

A grocery store, deli and seafood restaurant, however, are located just blocks from the condo and is a short walk or bike ride away.

It is a wonderfully quiet and uncongested area with easy access by bridge to the shore communities of Avalon and Stone Harbor with additional restaurants, shops and activities just minutes away.

The condo rental includes 2 off street covered parking spots. There is also plenty of street parking.

NOTE: Only Saturday to Saturday rental periods of 7 nights or more during the summer season starting Memorial Day weekend until end of September.

Peaceful and Beautiful!

The condo was just beautiful. I could have sat outside looking at the view forever! Despite us going in November and it being a bit chilly, I loved the location. The town for fairly deserted during this time of year, but we made do with finding a grocery store and food to eat for dinner one night. The condo was huge and in pretty good shape. You could tell that over the years either the owner or past renters had put some "wear and tear" on some things, and to be honest it could have used a good dusting over. But all in all, the experience was well worth it. It was only my husband and I so we had a huge place to ourselves. I imagine it would have been great for a family with people to fill the whole place. There's a cute little second private balcony on the 2 level, you don't want to miss it!

Great location and incredible ocean I views! Spacious layout for family gatherings and activities!

Our family had a wonderful vacation together in this spacious condo! The view...wow! Access to beach...so close!

The kitchen ... well stocked for any cooking or entertaining need! Awesome huge tv and seating for relaxing and conversation! Owner was available and prepared us well to have an optimum stay. Stairs weren't an issue when you are headed to that view and spacious condo! Looking forward to a repeat visit soon!

Relaxing stay at beautiful location.

Beautiful home, great location, best views! Our family brought our bikes and they have a nice location to lock them up and have them easily accessible for use. The kids made a trip down to Yum Yum ice cream one night on their bikes and did the challage and made it. Favorite place for ice cream. Coffee and danish in the am and watch the sunrise, and Wine and cheese on the deck in the evening was so enjoyable in the shade. Make sure to keep the lovely deck furniture covered as rain storms can sneak up on you. We all tried very hard to keep the sand off of the beautiful wood floors - I hope future renters do the same to keep this home nice for the owner and others. A large basket by the sliding doors might be helpful for towels, shoes,and beach bags to be placed in. Agree with previous stairs comment, but look at the positive and they will keep you fit, only moving in really gave you a workout:) Kitchen was well stocked and nice for cooking. Great vacation thank you for opening your home to others, we hope to be back!!

Great Location

This beachfront condo was in the most beautiful spot to enjoy the great views of the beach. It is at the end of the row of beach houses so it is more private. Everything you need for your stay is there. From kitchen stuff to boogie boards for the beach. I don't think some of the stuff that was stated as "walking distance" applies to everyone. They were at the least 6-7 blocks away which is far for some. It was before season so some places weren't open yet. Beautiful little town though. Great ice cream ! And make sure you go for lunch at CUPking, best lunch we had in a long time.

Also it is up quite a few flights of stairs (6) to get to the main floor of the condo. We usually used the stairs outside by the deck as they just seemed quicker but you couldn't lock that door so sometimes you had to go out the other way. The owner was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Even going so far asking what he could change to make anyones stay better.

GREAT ESCAPE!!

I highly recommend spending time in this oceanfront Condo. My sisters and I celebrated our 8th annual sisters weekend here and had a wonderfully relaxing time. The home is beautiful and very comfortable. We greatly appreciated the 3 bathrooms and the fact that two people could shower at the same time and still have hot water. We are 6 sisters and it was a pleasure not having to fight over the bathroom, or who gets to sit on the couch. The table was long enough for all of us to have dinner and play games together. The deck is large, the view amazing and the sound of the ocean all day is calming. You can see how lovely the home is from the photos but that doesn't tell you a thing about the owner. He is very accommodating, promptly answered all my emails and just a pleasure to deal with. The only drawback is leaving - not easy when the ocean is so beautiful. We are all looking forward to a return visit.

Beautiful!

This beautiful beachfront condo was everything we could have asked for to create a wonderful family vacation.... the unrestricted view of the ocean is incredible with beach access next to the property. The Owner was very responsive and more than accommodating. We will most definitely be back next year!

Location

The Townsend Inlet neighborhood of Sea Isle City is desirable because of the limited number of homes and commercial businesses in the southern tip of the island.

It is a wonderfully quiet and uncongested area with easy access by bridge to the shore communities of Avalon and Stone Harbor with additional restaurants, shops and activities just minutes away.

A grocery store, deli and seafood restaurant, however, is located just blocks from the condo and is a short walk or bike ride away.

Blitz’s Market at 8515 Landis Ave is a deli, grill, bakery, ice cream shop and grocery store.

Busch’s Seafood Restaurant is at 8700 Landis Ave just across the street.

Two of my favorite places are Sunset Pier at 86th Street and the bay which offers scenic views of the bay for breakfast, lunch and

dinner and Nickelby’s at 8301 Landis Ave which is another great deli, bakery and grocery store.

If you need a larger grocery store with more variety of goods, go to Acme Markets at 6212 Landis Ave.

CVS Pharmacy is also conveniently located at 6110 Landis Ave.

Other family places of note in Sea Isle are Play-by-the-Bay at 63rd St and Central Ave which offers a large playground and multipurpose fields and the Public Library at 4800 Central Ave. There is also a small playground for small children at 85th St and the beach.
