4 Bedroom/3 Bathroom Beachfront Condo

Spectacular 2,000+ sq ft beachfront penthouse condo located on the southern tip of Sea Isle City with views of the ocean and Townsend Inlet. Full size modern kitchen, living room w/ cathedral ceiling, 2 ocean front decks, loft, 2 covered parking spots.

The condo is unique in that it is the penthouse unit on the 3rd floor with 2 levels having 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths that can accommodate up to 8 people. There is a large deck on the main floor and a smaller private deck on the second floor. Additionally, there are flat screen tvs in 3 of the bedrooms and a large screen tv as part of a home theater system in the living room.

Guests will have access to a beautiful beach at the tip of the island with fantastic views of the ocean and inlet. You can choose to either enjoy the Atlantic Ocean or the bay views of Townsends Inlet.

The Townsend Inlet neighborhood of Sea Isle City is desirable because of the limited number of homes and commercial businesses in the southern tip of the island.

A grocery store, deli and seafood restaurant, however, are located just blocks from the condo and is a short walk or bike ride away.

It is a wonderfully quiet and uncongested area with easy access by bridge to the shore communities of Avalon and Stone Harbor with additional restaurants, shops and activities just minutes away.

The condo rental includes 2 off street covered parking spots. There is also plenty of street parking.

NOTE: Only Saturday to Saturday rental periods of 7 nights or more during the summer season starting Memorial Day weekend until end of September.

I just loved the location of the condo. The view is breathtaking and it feels like home to me.

What makes this condo unique

NOTE: Only Saturday to Saturday rental periods of 7 nights minimum during the peak summer period from Memorial Day weekend through September.

There is a 2 night minimum for rentals during non-peak rental period (October through Memorial Day weekend)

NOTE: The $250 daily rate shown is a default off peak base rate that may or may not apply. Daily rates will be higher during holidays and special events. Please check the calendar for the correct daily rates for your dates or contact me.

Location

Blitz’s Market at 8515 Landis Ave is a deli, grill, bakery, ice cream shop and grocery store.

Busch’s Seafood Restaurant is at 8700 Landis Ave just across the street.

Two of my favorite places are Sunset Pier at 86th Street and the bay which offers scenic views of the bay for breakfast, lunch and

dinner and Nickelby’s at 8301 Landis Ave which is another great deli, bakery and grocery store.

If you need a larger grocery store with more variety of goods, go to Acme Markets at 6212 Landis Ave.

CVS Pharmacy is also conveniently located at 6110 Landis Ave.

Other family places of note in Sea Isle are Play-by-the-Bay at 63rd St and Central Ave which offers a large playground and multipurpose fields and the Public Library at 4800 Central Ave. There is also a small playground for small children at 85th St and the beach.

Beautiful views of the ocean!!!

The best thing about this vacation condo is the view!! We also enjoyed the close beach access and quite dead- end street the property was on. The beach was also not crowded which we loved! Peter the owner was really helpful and even checked in during the week to see how things were going. However the 5 flights of stairs to the penthouse were tough when you move in and move out your belongings. Pro tip: pack light, there is no elevator! The condo could also use some bathroom updating and wall repairs. The chairs on the top balcony had no backs and there were crushed beer cans on the ground when we arrived. If the repairs are done we would stay next summer! We would of given this place 5 stairs but for the above mentioned things I gave it 4.

Owner's Response: Thank you for visiting and I very much appreciate the feedback. I did not know about the damaged upper deck chairs until yesterday. I would have replaced the chairs immediately if renters had notified me but no one ever told me about the chairs. I plan renovations and enhancements to my condo in the coming months to make it an even better shore place to visit.

Beautiful view, lovely home, great beach!

We stayed here with our grown children, their spouses, and our 20 month old grandson for a week. The view alone is worth the price of admission!! The home is equipped with everything you could ask for, and then some! We encountered some minor issues on arrival and the owner was extremely responsive, and concerned with addressing the issues immediately. Thank you Peter! We will definitely be coming back to Sea Isle City and your lovely home!

We had a great time during our family vacation at this property.

The views were great and we truly enjoyed all the space that we had for our family. The owner was very responsive and took great interest in ensuring that we had a wonderful stay. I would say that the property could use a thorough cleaning to make it that much better. We definitely loved the location. It was quiet yet close enough to all the restaurant and bars. The decks facing the beach were great and made it easy for us to spot our family members on the beach. I am sure that you will enjoy your stay.
