Quiet apartment, furnished to high standard, with large, sunny private garden. Close to St.Tropez and nearby villages, and ideal for 2 people with living room, kitchen / dining room, leading outside to large terraced area and garden.

1 bedroom with double bed, wardrobe space and 1 bathroom, with bath and shower, hairdryer..

Utility area with washing machine and deep freeze, and iron.

In the lounge there is TV (french & Satellite), DVD, and Hi-fi unit. Fully equipped kitchen has oven, fridge and microwave. Being situated on a private domain, there is access to 2 lovely swimming pools, just 50 metres away...

Transport: Transport can be arranged if you need to be collected from an airport or station. A car is recommended, and there are car rental agencies at Nice Airport or nearby in St Tropez.

The nearest stations for the fast TGV train are at St Raphael or Les Arcs - Draguignan.

Personal Travel Insurance: You are advised to take out your own personal travel insurance.

General: We have many people who have become 'regular renters' and our friends, who return year after year. This may be the result of us leaving it as a home rather than just rented accommodation!

The property is situated just 5km from St. Tropez on the Cote d'Azur, on a hillside overlooking the Gulf of St. Tropez, with woodlands adjacent. Ideally situated for a peaceful holiday with ancient mediaeval villages nearby, or for a beach holiday with good choice of beaches within easy reach, or for serious retail therapy (and night-life!), you can visit St. Tropez or Cannes. The garden is private, and ideal for sunbathing and outside dining.
