Oceanfront townhouse on South end of Island, near Crystal Pier with private pathway to beach. Three bedrooms, three baths, with decks off each bedroom, including two that overlook the ocean. One bedroom and one bath on main level. Two bedrooms and two baths upstairs. Outside shower with hot and cold water, off street parking for three cars. Four TVs, DVD players, CD players and VCR. Dishes and cooking utensils, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, Wi-Fi, cable TVs and phone. central air conditioning/heating, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board. Sit in a rocker on the decks and enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets of Wrightsville beach.
We enjoyed our stay! It was great experience for first timer. House was clean and fantastic view of ocean. Plan to be back next year.
Great location, property is in excellent condition, great layout. Really one of the best places I've stayed at the beach.
We were very impressed with this place! The unit was nicely decorated throughout. Beds were comfortable. The ocean views amazing! It is located in a perfect location ON THE BEACH only a few places down from the Oceanic. (our favorite place to eat or enjoy a cocktail on the pier)
This place is a perfect location. Right on the beach. It was very spacious and clean. Well appointed. The property manager was so easy to deal with. Loved waking up to the ocean every morning right beside us. Was easy to have some kids at the beach while the others were at the house. Close to pier and an amazing restaurant.
The house was super clean and more modern that I expected. The fact it has a deck off of every bedroom was a plus. Overall you can tell the owner took a lot of pride and put a lot of care into the home. We had a party of 7 stay comfortably in the home and really had a great time. Watching the sun rise and sun set from the porch was amazing. It was all of 70 steps to the beach. How can you beat that?
First impression... HAPPY, HAPPY JOY, JOY!! The house was clean, stocked with all of the cooking and eating elements we needed. This House is Big and spacious without giving you that lost feeling. We never bumped into each other and there's plenty of room inside for everyone to relax. The Car port is lovely for a chill-out spot to lounge in. The Washer and Dryer are were love x10!! The Bicycle rentals was the most for the easy breezy evenings rides. We loved our stay and we are planning to stay at The Sand ridge next summer. The only problem is that we didn't stay 2 weeks. The Neighbor's dogs barked for about 10 minutes when they left the house, no big deal because we are Dog Lovers. Someone else might have a problem with it tho.
