.A shotgun double camelback built in 1886. Completly rebuilt after Hurricane Katina. Family owned since 1969. Large upstairs apt. offers 2 large bedrooms both with queen size beds, and a queen size sofa sleeper in the den. Single master bath room with jacuzzi tub and shower. Full kitchen with stove & oven microwave and large refrigerator with ice maker. Kitchen table offers seating for 6. Washer and dryer with central air and heat.

A view of the city sky line is offered out on the large balcony, the perfect location for afternoon drinks. Wood floors though out, tile in bathroom. Living space is offered in the den with large TV, cable, and wi-fi.

This apt is with in walking distance to everything local thus no vehicle is needed. You can catch a cab on the corner for only $10.00 to super dome which is a easy 2.5 mile walk away.

Washington Square is just infront of this apt., with

so many great things here, including the music, food, and sights and sounds of the city, with everything centrally located by this apt. in the Marigny.

About Mark Dominick

Born and raised in New Orleans and still live here. Played in park in front of house as a kid. My dad played baseball at the park. My aunts house was around the corrner on Royal St were we had Sunday meals.

Why Mark Dominick chose Faubourg Marigny

This home was my father-n-laws house. I converted it into three apts. This apt is used by me and my adult children as a getaway home in the city. I love this city and all it has to offer. I love telling and showing people my city and letting them use my home as place to stay.

What makes this apartment unique

I renovated my home in 2006. Kept the original door and fireplace mantles made out of cypress wood. I recycled as much of the original wood and items I could. Have a large balcony I enjoy setting on that overlooks the city skyline. Great place to have a cocktail and watch the sunset over the city. You can Jazz music some times from the city clubs

Kick ass

This place is in the perfect spot if you want to do more of a local scene. Cathy met us as soon as we got into town and was so accomidating. The beds are really comfortable and there is a balcony that’s nice to sit in the evening. I would for sure stay here again!!! Lots of charm and perfect location!!

Wonderful location. Excellent apartment. Nothing like hearing jazz in the neighborhood and seeing NOLA skyline from the balcony. We'll be back!

Great apartment in a great location! We had a blast. Would definitely rent again.

This place is walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The owner met us at the apartment on arrival and told us about some highlights of the neighborhood which was very helpful. The apartment is great, especially the balcony with the view of the city skyline. You could hear the live music from down the street.

Loved this place.

Mark and his wife were super. They met us at the property and gave us a lot of neighborhood tips. The place itself has a lot of charm, and really brings the relaxed vibe of the city. All the restaurants and bars on Frenchman were right there. It was an easy walk into the quarter. Overall a great experience. The one negative was the construction that was taking place nearby. However, that should be over soon enough. I would highly recommend this property.
