About this property

Very spacious villa (12 people) and bright, classified 3 *.
It is quiet, a few hundred meters, 6-7 min walk from the center of Ascain, a typical Basque village located at the foot of the Rhune (900m above sea level), mythical summit of the Basque country and a few kilometers from St Jean-de-Luz, Guéthary, Bidart, Biarritz, Hendaye and Spain (Ibardin, Hondarribia, San Sebastian).
Rental for a period of 14 days minimum.

A garden will allow you to enjoy the surroundings, eat outside, have a barbecue and relax in a deckchair or hammock. The cabin in the woods will delight children.

Tenants are given various games and beach equipment (body-boards, balls, petanque balls, rackets of pala as well as surfs (optional, 25 euros per week), guides and maps of the region .. ..
Computer and broadband internet connection.

The Basque Country is very festive, especially in the summer: festivals of Saint-Jean de Luz in June, San Fermin festivities of Pamplona from Monday 6. July 2020 to Mar 14 July 2020, Bayonne festivities from the sea July 29 to Sun August 2 2020, Ascain (and Dax) holidays from Wed 12 to Sunday, August 16, 2020 (dates to be confirmed).

Très agréable maison

Une maison idéalement située, entre océan et montagne. Nous avons passé 3 belles semaines dans cette grande maison très agréable. Vous aurez le choix entre les plages de Saint-Jean de Luz à 10 minutes et de nombreuses randonnées en montagne avec vue sur l'océan au départ de la maison. Idéal pour pour passer des vacances en famille.

prestation de grande qualité pour 1 ou 2 familles

Maison très agréable, bien située, au calme, et offrant de très belles prestations. Le jardin est magnifique et les terrasses et barbecue permettent d'en profiter pleinement. Les propriétaires laissent a disposition tout le nécessaire et parfois plus (wifi, canal +, nombreux jeux en extérieurs et intérieurs pour les enfants) pour passer un bon séjour La situation de la maison rend la visite de la cote basque et des villages de autour très simple d’accès. a découvrir impérativement pour un séjour riche en paysages soleil et mer ! Encore merci aux agréables propriétaires pour leur accueil.

Maison très agréable

Notre semaine de location s'est très bien déroulée dans cette grande villa idéalement située dans la région. Légèrement dans l'arrière pays, on évite la circulation pour visiter les petits villages basques, le petit train de la Rhune, etc... tout en étant très proche des plages. Les propriétaires, très sympathiques, fournisses de précieux conseils pour éviter la circulation de Saint-Jean-de-Luz. Cela permet par exemple de rejoindre les plages de Bidart ou Guethary rapidement. Le jardin de la villa est très joli et la terrasse avec barbecue agréable. En pleine saison le village d'Ascain était très animé (nombreuses fêtes, bals, etc...), sans pour autant que le bruit soit gênant depuis la maison (à l'écart).

Pour un séjour parfait (visite+détente) en famille

Location très agréable, très proche du centre de Ascain face à la Rhune, mais dans en quartier calme. L'ensemble des préstations de la maison (jeux enfants, internet, élévision, ping-pong, trampoling, jeux de sociétés, livres,...) en font une location parfaite pour des familles avec enfants. Maison principale des propriétaires toute l'année, l'agencement et les extérieurs sont très joliement arrangés et organisés ainsi, tout le monde peut se retrouver en un même lieu pour des activités communes ou gérer des moments calmes plus individuels. De plus, le contact avec les propriétaires est très agréable et sympathique. Très bonne adresse parfaitement située pour profiter de toute la cote basque et de l'intérieur du Pays, sans trop subir les désagréments touristiques du bord de mer et des plus grandes villes.
