Whether you’re in Sacramento on vacation, visiting family in the area, or here on business, you’ll enjoy my quiet, elegantly-appointed suburban sanctuary the moment you arrive. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 1,419 square foot two-story home sleeps six, has central heating and air conditioning, energy-efficient appliances, water-saving features, and security system. It’s located in a safe residential neighborhood in Natomas with easy access to freeways, shopping, downtown, Old Town, and much more. The neighborhood is also very quiet, though sometimes the neighboring dogs can be rambunctious.
Teeming with lush plants, the home features an eclectic Asian-themed living room with 32” HDTV, DirecTV satellite service, AT&T U-Verse 18Mbps Internet, streaming Netflix, stereo, and queen-size sleeper sofa. The dining room area seats six. The kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner stove, oven, refrigerator, crock pot, Breville juicer, Cuisinart combination blender/food processor, cookware, dishes, utensils (including J.A. Henckels cutlery), wine glasses, etc. There’s also an aquarium in the kitchen for your viewing pleasure. The downstairs has a half bath.
Upstairs the large master bedroom boasts a comfortable Eastern King-size bed with Sleep Number mattress for maximum comfort and en suite full bathroom, while the second bedroom has a newer queen bed and comforter set with full bathroom adjacent. Both bedrooms have ample drawer/closet space.
The third bedroom functions as an office with roll-top desk. Next to the office is the den, a quiet, clubby space that overlooks the living room and is ideal for reading, relaxing, or even napping in the comfy armchair.
The backyard is spacious and open, with wooden patio set and umbrella ready for al fresco relaxing or dining. There is also a 22" Weber charcoal kettle grill with all necessary tools and accessories to enjoy a backyard barbecue. Note that due to the severe ongoing drought in California, there are watering restrictions in place that have taken a toll on the appearance of lawns and yards--including mine--in the area.
Wireless Internet available throughout the house. Older children (14+) welcome. No pets. No smoking/vaping. PLEASE NOTE: THE PROPERTY CANNOT ACCOMMODATE MORE THAN SIX (6) PEOPLE.

We loved staying in your house. Everything was clean and well equipped. The master bedroom is large and that bed is nice! Freeway is right nearby for easy access to everything in the area. Nice quiet neighborhood too.
This property was perfect for a weekend stay with family and friends. The owner provided very concise access in structions for the property and was available by phone if we had any questons. Comparing to the cost of a hotel stay for three nights, it was very affordable. The property had everything one would need to prepare meals, do laundry and the sleeping accomodations for everyone was outstanding. There was easy Freeway access in order to travel to the campus of UC Davis and to my daughter's apartment. I would be more than happy to seek this same property for a future stay in the area. George was wonderful to work with when we coordinated our stay in his Natomas home. The house is immaculate and comfortable. We especially liked the Select Comfort Bed in the master bedroom - just like home. Set up for late arrival like we needed too!
The one unfortunate (and beyond George's control) thing is the neighbor's dog. Without the dog barking, it would have been a perfect stay.
The interior of the home was nicely furnished and comfortable. The exterior was poorly kept. The barking dog next door was unnerving upon our arrival while we were gaining access to the house. The lockbox should be moved to the front of the house.
This property was clean and was more than adequate for my staff that stayed here during a 4 day work event. It is however not a 3 Bdrm house by any means. The 3rd bed is a pull out couch. If you read the details it does spell out what it is but the main title is a bit misleading.
The back patio is right next to an air conditioner which is a bit loud and the neighbor dog barks like crazy.
The owner George is very nice and we had no problems what so ever. Kitchen was well appointed and for the price we were very happy.
Property was well maintained and close to I-80 access with gas and food nearby. Owner had detailed information on access and expectations. We encountered no problems with access or facilities.
Was quiet except for neighbors dog once in a while barking/howling but even those moments were short lived.
Members of our men's tennis team were in town for the Norcal district playoffs. Four of us stayed at George's house for 3 nights and we had a great time. Clean, well kept and everything was handled in a professional manner. The team members were unanimous about staying here again for our next playoff visit. Had we stayed at hotels, we were looking at about $400 each, with taxes, etc. for the 3 nights. This came to about $136 each. A good, cost-effective alternative!
