For your information ...we are renovating the condo in April. Will be completely redone and complete by May!

Our condo is the absolute best location on the mountain, everything is within walking distance and the evenings are quiet.

We offer a flat screen smart tv with cable and Netflix with your own password, high speed wifi. This condolet also has a recently renovated full bathroom complete with tub/shower sink and toilet. The kitchen is small but still fully equipped. The bed/bath linens/towels are provided for two people. Bring your own food, drinks and maybe an extra tea towel, depending on how much cooking/washing up you’ll be doing. There is a pull out couch in the living area and queen size bed in the bedroom. This unit is not fancy and it’s not big, but it is very clean, well kept and most importantly close to everything. It also has private parking for 1 car at no extra charge. Minimum 3 night stay.

When we first noticed it was for sale, the location was by far the best part. Its right across from all the action, you can ski right up to the gondola and in the off ski season, there is so much to do and everything is right across the street and yet it's quiet at night. It's safe and has everything we need. That meant we just had to buy it. We call it our 'homeawayfromhome'.

What makes this condo unique

What makes this place so special is that we can offer it to you at a very low price and you still have the best location without sacrificing on the amenities. I offer free hi speed WiFi, flat screen cable TV, parking for one car and a ski locker for storage. It's perfect for a couple and yet enough room for a family with 2 small kids.

Excellent location

Very small but perfectly located.

We found everything we needed. This was perfect for two and we will come back for sure. I love the easy accessibility to the village. Just a small walk to get to the main gondola to the top of the mountain. We could easily ski back a bit closer to our little chalet. Very quiet.

Excellent location, nice hosts

I stayed here 5 nights to ski with my college-aged son. The proximity to the main Express Gondola and the village is fantastic (the Casino Express gondola is closer but does not always run). At the end of the day you can ski down to just across the street by going behind the Club des Jeunes building to the base of Casino Express. Size is fine for up to 2 parents and 2 children (who share a bed) but might be too cozy for 2 adult couples. Kitchen equipment was adequate but be prepared to bring everything including coffee filters, salt, spices, oil, etc -- my only suggestion to the owners would be either to make that clear in email or to keep some of the basics stocked (the presence of a stove-top espresso maker mitigated the absence of filters for the coffee machine, fortunately). I would definitely rent here again if I return next season, especially after the upcoming renovation!

Stayed for 3 nights...great location close to the lift , restaurants and shops.

Small condo as advertised...location is great..nice bedroom, bathroom and living room...kitched needs work...stove top and oven are small and old...small fridge...would not work if you were staying for a week, pots and pans old. Good condo for 2 adults 1 child.

Super location and Phyllis is a great host

This small condo has everything. The location is fantastic, its very quiet and the surrounding area is right out of a fairytale. The condo is very clean.The kitchen area is small but great for making a meal. The couch is comfy and pulls out. Tv is hd and also is a smart tv, we watched netflix but there is cable as well. The wifi is fast and reliable. All in all for the price and in this area its a 5 star for sure. I will be back to ski.

I love this place

I've stayed here twice, once in summer and again in winter. The location to the mountain is perfect and the condo has everything you need. I cannot wait to see the renovation refresh and will happily return year after year.
