Enjoy a five Star-Sunset at the pool deck of this beautiful home on a large intersection of a canal, facing west at one of the most desirable areas of Cape Coral.
Don't miss this great vacation hideaway on a quiet, very private street in the Cape, close to good restaurants and shopping centers.

This home has been completely remodeled with nice tile-floors in pleasing neutral colors and was newly furnished. It is perfectly equipped for comfort, with an open concept kitchen, fully arranged with a breakfast bar, a nice decorated living room with a large TV and a modern dining room. It has all the necessary bed linen and towels, a washer and dryer and a large garage for your convenience.

There are 3 bedrooms with TV’s, 2 bathrooms, including the large master en suite bath, so you can comfortably sleep 6 people. The pool table in the foyer invites for a family game.

You will be able to relax and enjoy the heated pool and screened lanai surrounded by a nice landscaping. Have a perfect BBQ evening or just enjoy your cocktails lying on the contemporary and comfortable lounge chairs.

Villa Sunset offers 4 bicycles and 2 kayaks for your convenience. The home is 7 miles away from a lovely Golf course and the beauty of the natural preserve on Pine Island.

Prices are for 4 adults. There is a surcharge of $175.00/week for any additional person.

An energy allowance of $ 25.00/week is included in the rent. Additional usage will be charged with $ 0.17/kWh plus 11.5% tax.

Spring Break

We enjoyed our relaxing spring break with our two dogs. The pool was nice and warm. My husband and daughter enjoyed kayaking. The dogs loves the fenced in yard. The house was beautiful and clean.

Tired but nice

property is nice. view out back from pool area beautiful. would have given it 5stars but for a few negatives. House is in need of an update - it is tired on the inside and could use a new lick of paint and other updates. They promote the pool table in their marketing, but if you are an experienced player , you will be disappointed by the quality of the table and equipment. There were four pool cues provided , two of which were broken with the two useable ones not up to snuff. When I have rented other homes in the past - most were well stocked with basic essentials such as kitchen supplies, which were lacking here. Other than that , my family were overall pleased with our stay.

Great time

House was exactly as pictures show. We really enjoyed the pool and sitting on the lanai with our morning coffee. About a 40 minute drive to Sanibel. Neighborhood was so quiet and beautiful. Safe for bike riding. House provided Bikes, beach chairs, kayaks, pool floats…and more! Nadja was beyond accommodating, excellent communication. One week wasn’t enough, we will be back next year for a longer stay. We had a great time!
