Welcome to Greenwich Village, the counterculture mecca, whose distinct character must be experienced when in New York. And what better way to experience it, than by making it part of your life and residing in this fully furnished, 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment itself is a great find in this highly solicited community featuring hard wood floors, quality furniture, elevator building and doorman. Step into the eclectic living room area with leather loveseat, rustic countertop coffee table, high definition television for your entertainment and tasteful decorative touches. In the same area you will find a marble top breakfast bar with matching stools to make the most of your meals and space. The kitchen comes fully equipped with utensils, appliances, conventional oven, and Keurig. The bathroom features white tiles, beige accents, and sliding glass door for the shower. The two bedrooms include queen beds with matching nightstands and dressers. The apartment comes internet and cable ready for your convenience.
If the apartment itself has not convinced you yet, then you have to learn about all the benefits of your surrounding in the Village. From the neighborhoods off grid street structure, alternative culture, artistic vibe, and numerous entertainment options this is one of the most charismatic areas of the city. There is a European feel in the architecture made up by shorter buildings and townhouses, with surprising courtyards and gardens that also enjoy the gleam of more sunshine. From hip cafes, bars, variety of restaurants, and performance venues there is never a dull moment in the village. The ambiance is laid back but sophisticated with the streets filled by NYU students, couples and families. Although the original artist and musicians have move, the neighborhood retains its unique character of rebellion and artistry that you are bound to fall in love with.

This residence is not a hotel. The owner does not supply daily housekeeping services and other amenities commonly expected during a hotel stay. The residence does not comply with the same fire safety and building code requirements as a hotel. Contact the owner for any customer services or maintenance issues – there is not a front desk or Membership staff at any of the Residences. The super and doorman, if any, do not provided services for this residence you must contact the owner.
We stayed 6 nights over Thanksgiving and this apartment worked well for us. Comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. The management company took good care of us. I recommend this unit for 2 couples.
We had a great time! We were super comfortable in the apartment. And the location is very good. Sad we had to leave..
The apartment was clean and functional.
First, this particular unit does not have hardwood floors. It has older carpet throughout. 2nd, they do not specify that the AC is only available during the summer. We were here in March when there was a surprise warm spell and the only option was to open the windows. Normally that wouldn't be an issue but there are many nightclubs and restaurants around the apartment. On the weekends, it was quite noisy with the windows open. The kitchen is very small and outdated and the refrigerator was just barely cold. The kitchen did have utensils and pots and pans, but they were pretty well used. There is a doorman, but he is of no help since this is a privately owned rental unit. Considering this unit is less expensive than many other options around it, to some extent you get what you pay for. It was clean and the owner was responsive, and we really didn't spend much time in the apartment since we were always on the go. On the plus side, the location is great if you want to stroll Greenwich. Tons of wonderful restaurants and cute little shops to wander through. (Highly recommend Cuba Restaurant and 12 Plates.) There's a grocery store just up the road and two subway stations close by. We never had a problem catching a cab or having an Uber nearby.
Brilliant apartment for 2-4 people located in the heart of Greenwich village . Couldn't ask for more staying in New York City - great area and surrounded by metro stops.
The neighborhood is bordered by Broadway to the east, the Hudson River to the west, Houston Street to the south, and 14th Street to the north, and roughly centered around Washington Square and New York University. The neighborhoods surrounding it are the East Village and NoHo to the east, SoHo to the south, and Chelsea to the north. The East Village was formerly considered part of the Lower East Side and never associated with Greenwich Village. The West Village is the area of Greenwich Village west of 7th Avenue, though realtors claim the dividing line is farther east at 6th Avenue. The Far West Village is a sub-neighborhood from the Hudson River to Hudson Street. The neighborhood is located in New York's 8th congressional district, New York's 25th State Senate district, New York's 66th State Assembly district, and New York City Council's 3rd district.
