Fully furnished 2000 sq./ft home with 3 bedrooms, master bedroom has a Sealy King mattress set with a dresser and night stands, bedrooms 2&3 are Sealy Queen sets with dressers and night stands. There are three individual single bunk beds that sleep 6 adults/kids comfortably. The living room is large with two couches and a lazy boy with a 50 inch flat screen smart TV with Bright House Cable & WiFi through out the house. There is also a large flat screen smart TV in the master bedroom. The kitchen is large with beautiful quartz counters and plenty of counter space. Washing machine and Dryer in laundry room and all new appliances through out. Two car over sized garage with key pad/remote opener. Bathrooms are clean and showers have great water pressure. Plenty of closet space and storage. Back yard is large and fenced in with a back patio table and chairs as well as a charcoal grill. Trailers are welcome on the property. The property is on a large corner lot with lots of road frontage for parking additional vehicles. The home sits in a short round about cul-de-sac type street with only one inlet/outlet. It has a very nice and safe feeling to it. All the neighbors are great people that look out for each other. Perfect for the kids. The city center and library are a short walk away with a nice bike/walk path that leads around a beautiful pond. The famous South Daytona Beaches are less than 5 miles away. The Ponce Inlet is right around the corner with some of the greatest off shore fishing charters around. There are plenty of tackle and bait shops to get you set up for all the inshore fishing you want. You are surrounded by great seafood restaurants and plenty of night life activities. Race fans, the speedway is only 7 miles from the house. There is a shuttle service for your use to the race track. About Omar & Lisa

I was born in California and at the age of 12 I moved with my parents and two younger siblings to Georgia where I finished high school and Jr. college. I eventually attended Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Fl, during which time I became the proud home owner of this property. I worked hard on remodeling it while going to school. Little by little it was transformed into the place we love today. I am now a medical sales professional working long hours at several hospitals here in Texas. My wife proudly home schools our 3 boys, and together we try hard to do our very best as parents. I thank God every day for my family and the countless blessings that have come our way over the years.

This home is where my wife and I started our lives together and so it has a very special place in our hearts. It has a real peaceful feel to it, and we both love the ocean, especially the beaches in South Daytona. Our children now love the trips to the beach house, and they can't wait to go again every year. For these reasons it was impossible for us to ever think about selling this home. So instead we decided to come up with a way for us to still be able to enjoy our times at the beach house while offering this experience to other families to enjoy. So we as a family wish you all a wonderful time at the beach house. I am confident that you will enjoy it as much as we do.

What makes this house unique

The location of this home made perfect sense for our new family. It is safe and away from heavy traffic. Port Orange is a quiet little town that has a great community that really looks out for each other. We always felt safe around town with the kids, and there was always some family friendly events going on to keep us entertained. For travelers interested in the fast paced Daytona Beach experience, its the perfect location to retreat back to after the day is over to safely rest your head and recharge for the next day. For the beach goer, its 4.8 miles to the cleanest and most kid friendly part of the of the beach. Here you can load up the kids and drive right onto the beach itself to find a nice spot to set up camp for the day. Having the vehicle right there is very convenient. Just bring everything your heart desires to the beach with no worries about how to carry it all. Its all right there in the car next to you: cooler full of sandwiches, chairs, umbrella, camera equipment, towels, kids toys, shovels, kites, boogie boards, surf boards, snorkeling equipment, etc.

Dont forget the SUN SCREEN!

Perfect location and spacious house!

This house was a perfect fit for us. Omar & Lisa are wonderful to work with, they're very understanding and want to always ensure that you will have the best stay possible. If we ever ran into any trouble or questions about the house, they were only a phone call away. The beach and strip was about a 10 minute drive so it was nice to get away from the noise at night. The house had enough space for our large 10 person group. We overall had a fantastic experience with the house, definitely recommend to large groups traveling to the area!

Perfect House for a Perfect Vacation

We were Dance Moms, staying for a National Competition. This house was great for the girls as well as the parents. We had plenty of space to spread out and ample amount of household resources(towels, sheets, dishes, cookware and cleaning supplies). Omar, home owner, was a great host and very accommodating. He continued to check on us throughout the stay to make sure we were comfortable. The house is in a perfect location to be close enough to the action, yet far away enough to have a peaceful rest. Great neighborhood. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved it!

This is a very nice house with plenty of room! The kitchen is amazing, having a two-car garage was awesome! It's less than a ten minute drive to the beach and located in a cute little neighborhood. Having a fenced in backyard was great for a little privacy and being able to grill was fantastic! (it is a charcoal grill FYI) Couldn't have imagined staying anywhere else!

Excellent vacation home!

My friends and I stayed in this rental home for a week and it was perfect! It's very close to many stores and food and a close drive tot he beach! The home is also about a 5 minute drive from I-4 towards Orlando. The house has everything you need and is very big and open! The bedrooms were very homey and comfortable. The home was very clean and ready for when we arrived. Omar, the owner, was very nice and answered any questions we had. I would recommend this place for a comfy stay in Port Orange for a week or longer. We definitely enjoyed our stay and I would stay here again on my next visit!

Second Visit was again Great

This was our second time staying here and we throughly enjoyed it again. We stayed two months. The location is convenient to plenty of restaurants and grocery stores, although Publix is our favorite. The home was again spotless and plenty of room for our daughters family with their three kids, who loved the bunk beds. The home is only a few miles from the beach and Daytona raceway, and is located in a nice residential area. We visited Universal Studios twice which is about an one hour drive on I-4, just check the traffic before you head out. We highly recommend this home for anyone is looking for great place to stay in the Daytona area, Omar is a great owner who wants all visitors to enjoy their stay. We also enjoyed talking to Mario who lives close by.

Extremely Happy with the House.

We were very happy with the property, very spacious with plenty of room for people to sleep. Bunk beds in the kitchen was a bit strange but not a problem at all. Really enjoyed use of the grill and back patio. Also great location for driving to Daytona beach.

On April 26, 1867, the community of Port Orange was established on the banks of the Halifax River. Now some 146 years later, Port Orange is a community of 56,067 people who call this place home.

This family, which we call Port Orange, is made up of some 150 distinct 'neighborhoods'. They are the core of this community, making it a great place in which to live, learn, work, and play. Because of the City's highly regarded development approach, an investment in Port Orange is a secure investment. And so today, as we celebrate over 135 years as a community, we are proud to call Port Orange 'our home'.

Port Orange is a city in Volusia County, Florida, United States. The city's estimated population was 56,529 in 2011. The city is part of the Deltona-Daytona Beach-Ormond Beach, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area; the metropolitan area's population in 2010 was 494,593. Port Orange is a principal city in the Fun Coast region of the state of Florida.

Port Orange was settled by John Milton Hawks who brought freed blacks to work at his sawmill after the U.S. Civil War. Esther Hawks established an integrated school in the area. The colony struggled soon after its creation and most colonists left. The area that became known as Freemanville is a legacy of the settlers that held on in the area.

Geography:

Port Orange is located at 29°7′8″N 81°0′10″W (29.118970, -81.002906)[5]. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 28.7 square miles (74.3 km2). 26.6 square miles (69.0 km2) of it is land and 2.0 square miles (5.3 km2) of it (7.09%) is water.[6]

Demographics:

As of the census of 2010, there were 56,048 people, 24,841 households, and 15,44 families residing in the city. The population density was 2,102.3 per square mile . There were 27,972 housing units at an average density of 1,049.2 per square mile (329.7/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 91.3% White, 3.3% African American, 0.3% Native American, 2.2% Asian, 0.02% Pacific Islander, 1.0% from other races, and 1.8% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 4.5% of the population.

The median income for a household in the city was $46,572.

Economy:

Recent studies show the workforce to be educated, productive and competitive, with 10 percent under-employed. Seven colleges and universities and the Advanced Technology Center support business needs with career advancement, workforce development and research.

Education, health care and government are the area’s largest employment sectors.

One of the larger businesses in Port Orange is Thompson Pump and Manufacturing. The city has started courting high-tech companies as well, prompting the simulation training defense contractor, Raydon Corporation, to move it's headquarters and all operations there in 2010.
