Our luscious Condo features 2 flat screen TV's and DVD players, wireless internet, Queen sleeper sofa, comfortable King bed in master, "Full Sized" double bunks in guest room (SLEEPS FOUR), granite counter tops, breakfast bar w/ 2 stools, and a 4 person dining room table. Extras include a Keurig Coffee Maker, DVD player, Stereo system, and a Playstation 2 with MANY games!! :)

BUT WAIT!!! There are 4 beach chair and umbrella umbrella for your use.

We have a love of the beach, and the Gulf Coast, and we have recently relocated to Panama City Beach! We have 2 beautiful daughters who share the same birthday, 13 years apart :) One is in High school and the other was born in 2014. My wife and I both have experience in rental sales and customer service in our professional and personal lives. While this is our first beach condo, this is not our first rental property. We own and rent several homes in the Atlanta area and can assure you the best experience possible in our condo. We strive everyday to make all of our guests happy, for return visits and a great relationship! Our goal is for you to love us and our condo so much, that you will never want to stay anywhere else or with anyone else!!

Why Emerald Coast Property Network, LLC. chose Panama City Beach

We were attracted to this property (Emerald Beach Resort) because of the location on Panama City beach. It is on the western end of PCB, and is close to Pier Park, several restaurants, mini-golf and Gulf wild life attractions. When we came to visit the property however is when we fell in love. On property is Wyndham Vacation Rentals which owns half of the resort. The level of service, expectation, and cleanliness of the Emerald Beach Resort is by far the best of any condo I have ever seen. All guests have use of all amenities the property has to offer!! Including a savings card for local attractions provided FREE by Wyndham. There are also daily and nightly activities held by Wyndham for children, adults and seniors. You can not beat the extras that you get by staying at Emerald Beach resort!

Welcome to our beautiful Ocean Front Condo located on the 9th floor of Emerald Beach Resort. You are perfect height to enjoy the sounds of the waves crashing from your large balcony. Oversize balcony doors bring the outside into the living room!

Great Stay!

My wife and I celebrated our one year anniversary here. We had a great time. Unit #929 was wonderful. It looked just like the pictures. The whole building was very nice and clean, and the elevators were quick, which is always nice. I would recommend this unit and building to anyone.

Great unit, great resort and wonderful owners!

The units furnishings are very nice. The kitchen was well appointed for those that want to cook in. Kids loved the bunk beds and I felt like they were solid and safe furniture. The owners furnished great quality beach chairs (6 or 8 total I think?) with a cart to carry. Toys for the kids and a boogie board as well. Would not hesitate to stay here again! Owners were great to work with and communicated in a timely fashion. Gorgeous view to look at every day. Sad I'm not there now! If you are looking for a unit at this resort, you can't beat this particular unit. The resort has a kid pool across the street with a second pool next to it and a hot tub. There is a pool beach side as well. Parking garage always has plenty of room and luggage carts were much more plentiful than at other Wyndham resorts I've stayed at. Sharkys restaurant is in walking distance, wonderful homemade ice cream across the street, Starbucks in the lobby and a bar in the bridge that crosses the street to the parking garage. This place has it all. Stay with these folks and you will not be sorry! Our stay was 2017 Spring Break, April 1st - 8th.

AMAZING!

Staying here will NEVER get old. We visited in December. There was a crisp chill in the air but our stay was awesome! There were only a few people on the beach and nothing was crowded! We enjoyed the quiet time and peaceful beach for the weekend. This condo really stands out above the rest. It was cozy, clean, and soooo comfortable! I couldn't have asked for a better experience and the owners definitely provided us with a great one! Thank you!!!

The place was super clean and the owners more than accommodating. They went out of there way to assure we had a great time. The view was spectacular and we enjoyed sitting on the deck and just people watching and listening to the ocean. I will most certainly tell my friends and am looking forward to working with Matt and Devon Ubriaco once again.
