Comfortably sleeps up to 4 adults & 2-3 children. 2 more can fit on fold down Sofa.

There is a community pool (it is not heated) and tennis courts, but we recommend going to the Miramar Aquatic Center (pool heated in the winter). It is located just a few blocks away. There is a per person fee to use the Aquatic Center.
Located in the Woodscape subdivision in Miramar, FL. Our immediate neighbors are longtime residents. Community bus service available.
Publix, Bravo Supermarket, Antonio's Pizza, Pizza Hut, and Jamaican Bakery & Restaurant etc. are 1/2 mile away. Dunkin Donuts, Subway, KFC, McDonald's about 1 1/2 miles away.
Cleaning and linen service available during stay. Needs to be defined and agreed upon.
Note: Car / transportation are essential to enjoy your stay in our home.
This house is not consider handicapped accessible.
A Note about the cleaning fee: In addition to regular cleaning, between guests we clean all linen, comforters, mattress pads, towels, bath mats & the like. No matter what, we always have a cleaning service clean between guests.

re: community pool
Is the community pool heated? No. We recommend you go to the Miramar Aquatic Center which does have heated pool.
How often is the community pool cleaned? 2-3 times/week. The pool is surrounded by trees, so inevitably leaves and the like will be in the pool. Our recommendation is to go to the Miramar Aquatic Center. It is not free, but it is nice, clean, they sell snacks & drinks, have a kiddie pool, roped off lanes and the pool is heated. It is just a few blocks away. Give it a try.
Guest have access to entire house except the supply closet upstairs.
We are very hands-off. We email a lock pin code and instructions to the guest, and they can let themselves in and check-out by themselves. Make sure all windows are closed, the patio grate is locked and the patio door is closed and locked; close the front door firmly, the lock will engage in 30 seconds.
Townhouse is not located in a gated community. There is a security guard that patrols the neighborhood. It is in a residential neighborhood/subdivision called Woodscape in the eastern part of Miramar Florida 33023.
Shopping (eg Publix Supermarket) is within ~8 minutes walking distance.
You should definitely have a car at your disposal.
From the Airports (MIA/FLL) the best way to get to the house is by rental car. Alternatively by pre-arranged limo (sharing possible) or taxi. We’ve heard about web services (eg Uber) that allow you to share rides, but have no experience with them.
Public transportation is not a convenient option, but is available. Contact us for more details.
Yes you can receive Amazon etc. deliveries at the house, but they must be delivered to the front door. Guests do not have access to the mailbox. Careful: Some Amazon deliveries are made by US Mail.
We try to emulate a hotel type convenience minus daily room service. Our customers can expect a clean house, freshly made clean beds (incl. comforters/blankets which we clean or replace between every guest). Of course clean/new towels, soap, bath tissue, and some other items.
Smoking is not permitted in the house. To smoke please go outside or on to the patio. Failure to comply will result in loss of the security deposit.

It was my wife's property originally.
We've owned this house over 17 and we've never had any problems and neither have any of our neighbors. (they are all still the original neighbors from when we moved in.)
We've been renting the house out as a vacation rental for three years now. All the feedback has been positive and I have no reports from any of the guests - which have been numerous, of any kind of safety issues.
I do encourage anyone who has any concerns with any rental anywhere to consider checking with the local police department as they will have a more comprehensive understanding of issues if any and what type. I can assure you that I'm not aware of any.

It's a good value. It is located within easy range of many South Florida Attractions, and while not on the beach, you can get to the nearest Beach in about 15-20 min. It comes with lots of towels, hand towels, wash cloths, bath mats, soap, kitchen towels, 2 full bathrooms (w/c wash basin in separate room from tub/shower downstairs, walk in shower upstairs - see pic and video for more details). Includes plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, washer/dryer, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish washing soap, fully equipped kitchen, 2 beach chairs & umbrellas, beach blankets.
We highly recommend Glenton Joseph to our fellow hosts. they took excellent care of our vacation home while they stayed there for a week in October 2016. we would gladly welcome them back. five stars.

The home/appartment of James & Karin is in a very good condition. Fully equipped kitchen, nice bedrooms and 2 comfortable bathrooms! James is an pleasant owner and he helped us with an question and we even talked Dutch to eachother! Neighbour was very kind and had some good stories! Hopefully we can come back in the Future!!
