Private Hot Tub and close to Downtown.
My husband and I live a few blocks away from our Cottages in Eureka Springs. We both love it here!
Jan Conde purchased this cottage in 1995
Convenient and close to downtown. You have the whole place to yourself! We are located close to the East Mountain Overlook in a wonderful residential neighborhood with lots of hidden side streets for walking and seeing wildlife. (right in town!) Walk downtown in 10 minutes are drive downtown in 8 minutes.
We are lucky enough to have off street parking, but large double cab trucks do not fit. Please bring a smaller vehicle if possible.
We are close to several 'off the beaten path' side streets that are wonderful for leisurely walks and beautiful sightseeing. There are several historic springs close by, beautiful architecture and town is just down the hill.
My wife and I loved the cottage and the location was awesome. just a quick hike down the stairs and you were in the middle of everything. We loved the hot tub which was perfect with the chilly fall nights. Cooking with the older gas stove was great and everything we needed in the kitchen was there and in good order. Everything was clean and in good condition and we made sure to test the rocking chairs out as often as we could.
Such a warm & cozy cottage, the private hot tub and total experience was wonderful.
I will definitely be back.
Lovely place to stay in Eureka! This cottage was very clean and in close proximity to town. The hot tub was a newer model and very well maintained - it was wonderful! I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing, quiet getaway!
This cottage is very nice...the pictures are accurate. Pam made the process from booking throughout the stay an easy process and promptly replied to any questions I had. The beds and furniture are comfortable, the Hot Tub is great! It's very close to town down "Jacob's Ladder", but the climb back up is quite steep. We saw lots of wildlife (3 deer and 2 fawns) on my daily walks with my dog. The only con is the location of the only bathroom (downstairs with bedroom up a very steep flight of stairs and right next to the small TV area). This would not keep me from staying here again. Despite close neighbors on all sides it is a very private and relaxing cottage. Both decks had privacy fencing and the hot tub deck was partially covered by a tin roof. It rained the first night and we sat in the hot tub listening to the rain on the tin roof. Wonderful!! Thank you Pam for your hospitality.
This cottage is just as charming as I had imagined, and far more than I expected. It looks just like the photos, and is delightfully intimate in scale: just big enough for two people. It is well-provisioned, with a working kitchen. Linens are included – which is especially helpful because the hot tub is delightful, even if you don't think you're a hot-tub person. The stairs to the bedroom in the loft are very steep, so the house is not good for someone with disabilities; but if you don't mind the climb, they add to the feeling that you're staying in something like a deluxe treehouse. The walk into downtown is short, about two blocks down one of the town's many public staircases. For a visitor (or a pair of visitors) to a town that itself is a revelation – an eminently walkable, completely unique community for this part of the country – this cottage is a perfect fit.
My husband and I loved the quaint little Redwood cottage. It had everything we needed. We liked being close to downtown but it was much quieter than being in the heart of downtown. We slept great! The hot tub was private and so relaxing. Thanks for a great experience!
Walking distance to downtown and only a 15 minute drive to the Kings River, Lake Leatherwood or Black Bass lake. Beaver lake is about 25 minutes away.
