About Paul & Cindy Nagy
An energetic couple that loves the outdoors. We decided to build our dream vacation home on one of the most beautiful river settings in the world. The property represents our passion for life.
Paul & Cindy Nagy purchased this Lodge in 2013
Why Paul & Cindy Nagy chose Ashton
We love the outdoors, love fly fishing, and chose a location that offers some of the best fly fishing waters on its banks as well as easy access to both Yellowstone Park and Jackson Hole Wyoming. This property is newly build (May 2013) and have only been rented a handful of times.
What makes this Lodge unique
Over 400 feet of riverfront access to the Henry's Fork of the Snake River. So many places to fish (5 minutes away to 1 hour away) in surrounding areas (Idaho, Wyoming, and Montana). Also, very quick access to Highway 20 which provides a perfect location to visit Yellowstone for day trips, or Jackson hole Wyoming for a dinner date.
NO PETS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY.
Children are welcome.
Cancelled bookings will not receive a refund.
A Little Bit of Heaven
Our entire family enjoyed their vacation to Yellowstone because of Wildfin Lodge (45 min N from West Yellowstone gate). We hated to leave! The Lodge is more beautiful than the pictures show. The panoramic view of the Snake River is so peaceful watch while sipping morning coffee. The lodge was plenty big for our 8 adults and 6 kids. The guys fished every day til dark, easily walking down paths along the river. We ate smores on the fire pit, played touch football on the lawn in the backyard, grilled burgers, sat on the balcony watching the river flow, and took a dip in the spa. The Lodge has everything and was beautifully decorated, even the beds were top of the line. Just the peace and relaxation many of us needed after experiencing the Ridgecrest, CA 7.1 earthquake! Best Summer Family Vacation, would definitely recommend to all!!! Would love to return someday.
Thank you Paul and Cindy for sharing your home with us!!!!!
Breath taking views!
Beautiful lodge and an amazing view! Loved the river being in our backyard. Location was perfect for us, not to far from Yellowstone and other activities. I would definitely come back to stay here.
We are always happy when our guests love our property and location as much as we do. We are glad you had a wonderful and safe time at the Wildfin Lodge. Please do return soon!
We loved Wildfin Lodge!
Every year our family of 4, along with two other families of 4 take a trip over the 4th of July week and this year we decided to go to Yellowstone National Park and the surrounding areas. We found Wildfin Lodge on HomeAway and are so happy we did! The house was nothing short of fantastic! The views from the home were outstanding and the location worked really well for our day trips to YNP, Jackson Hole, and Grand Tetons. We spent lots of time fly fishing right outside the back door too! The house was very well furnished and the kitchen had every thing you could possibly want for cooking and serving meals for a large group. The bedroom set up was perfect for our group of 6 adults / 6 kids and the beds were comfortable. Thank you Paul and Cindy for letting us stay at your beautiful home. None of us wanted to leave and we all said we will come back some day.
We truly appreciate the feedback and are very happy that you are another delighted guest of the Wildfin Lodge.
Hopefully you’ll decide to make this an annual trip for your family.
Amazing Lodge with Wonderful Views
Wildfin Lodge met and exceeded my families expectations!!!!
The Pictures of this lodge does no justice, the place is immaculate on the inside as well as the outside. Wildfin is beautiful with detailed furnishings, nice stone fireplace, fantastic kitchen, wonderful windows & balconies allowing you to enjoy the beautiful scenery and wildlife.. The river view is amazing & I could go on forever about how nice this property is.... My family of 10 adults stayed at the lodge were we had ample amounts of space and privacy. We also enjoyed the location because it was midway to the major attractions such as Yellowstone, Grand Tetons, and Jackson Hole. This is our first time in the area and will not be the last.. I will certainly stay at Wildfin Lodge again on my next visit- Thanks to the owners for sharing this wonderful property with us for the week.
Mary thank you for your kinds words! We are very glad to hear that you loved our property and all that it has to offer. We welcome you back whenever you choose to enjoy the beautiful Idaho region.
Exceptional stay at Wildfin Lodge
Our family thoroughly enjoyed Wildfin Lodge. The lodge was centrally located to several places that we wanted to visit and a serene spot to truly slow down and enjoy each other's company. The house has everything that you need and there is a nearby grocery that doesn't disappoint. The river and river views were lovely, the sunsets breathtaking and nearby flora and fauna exceptional. The locals are kind and helpful. Ashton is the seed potato capitol of the world -- who knew?! And those elusive trout..... :) We highly recommend the lodge -- Paul and Cindy are great. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
We love the fact that you and your guests had such a wonderful trip. Thanks for your business and hope to see you back someday soon! The “elusive trout” will still be waiting for you. :-)
The property is perfectly located on a bluff overlooking the river. I cannot say enough great things about the house as it was very clean, conviently located to attractions, and modern. Great place to visit.
Michael we are very happy that you enjoyed your stay at the Wildfin! We look forward to you coming back in the future. Thanks for your business.
FLY FISHING: World-class fly fishing on the Henry’s Fork (named the favorite river by members of Trout Unlimited). With over fifty miles of compelling and remarkably varied water, an angler can spend days on end without fishing the same stretch and constantly experiencing different angling situations.
SIGHT SEEING: Ashton and surrounding areas offer a plethora of sight seeing options. See beautiful Mesa Falls just minutes away from the lodge, to Yellowstone National Park 45 minutes away, to Jackson Hole, WY 1 hours away…the possibilities are absolutely endless.
MOTOR CROSS: Located far from any ocean, the St. Anthony Sand Dunes appears as a rolling sea of sand on the eastern edge of Idaho’s volcanic Snake River Plain. These vast dunes are the largest in Idaho. They blanket an area approximately 35 miles long and 5 wide, and range from 50-500 feet high.
SNOWMOBILING: The Ashton-Tetonia Trail officially opened in 2010 and extends nearly 30 miles between the towns of Ashton and Tetonia, Idaho. The trail occupies an abandoned rail spur once operated by Union Pacific (the Oregon Short Line). The trail includes five bridges and restored rail trestles. The gravel trail is managed by State of Idaho Parks and Recreation and is open to snowmobiles in winter.
