A short 5 minute drive to Siesta Key beach, the #1 rated beach in the USA, and constantly in the top ten of world beaches, you will never run out of things to do.

The home is meticulously maintained, well decorated in a style that promotes a relaxing atmosphere.

Two bedrooms, one master bedroom with queen size bed, drawers, walk in closet, full bath, and a second be
droom with two twin size beds, closet, and drawers. There is a very comfortable queen size sleeper in the living room that easily accomodates two.

Fully stocked kitchen, linens, high speed wireless internet, and cable TV leave you connected and fully stocked with everything you need to have a comfortable stay.

Had a great time

Location was great and the neighborhood was perfect to walk. Everything in the house worked good so no problems. If anything that would be a negative to some people was the well water and the back yard was pretty much sand but was ok to me.

Residence was centrally located. Easy to get anywhere! Very quiet neighborhood and quiet street to walk your dog on ! House was equipped with enough kitchen equipment to get us through the month of January 24! The backyard has almost no grass but was fine for our pet ! I personally did a few repairs to the property while there !

Not what I expected

Owner very nice, fence was supposed to be fixed by the time we arrived, no it was not so we had to buy stuff to fix it we have dogs and wanted a yard. Yard is disgusting had to sweep house every day sand was everywhere. Landscape not the same as pictures and furniture all different. Couch was very uncomfortable. Refrigerator went out while we were there and we lost $200 at least in food, owner didn't even offer to refund us some money especially for what we paid in rent for three months. We left Feb 4th and never looked back.

The neighbourhood is very nice. The properties here are maintained, the nighbours friendly, it is always sunny, and quiet throughout the day. This secluded little area is however just a few minute's walking distance to shopping, eateries, bars, and groceries in every direction. Huge plazas in all directions.
