Mike and Cyndie are from Colorado and live in Conifer up in the mountains. We just bought our villa in Green Valley for having fun in the sun during the cold months here! We'd like to share our home with you, so you can enjoy this magical desert paradise, too..
Cynthia or Michael Mathews purchased this villa in 2014
It's just so beautiful in this area. There are alot of attractions like artistic Tubac (which has the Tubac Golf Resort & Spa, built by Bing Crosby), historical missions, the Sonora Desert Museum, Madera Canyon, Santa Rita Mountains, the Anza Trail, Desert Diamond Casinos, and Nogales, Mexico closeby for delicious dining at La Roca and outdoor markets for alot of fun. It's just enchanting in Green Valley. See the sunsets and you've been hooked!
When you sit on the balcony, you can enjoy the warm breezes and unique foliage of the desert. There's nothing like it. Walk around the property and you can see alot of different varieties of cactus. The nights are cool and sleeping is great. Days are warm and fun filled with tons of things to do, or nothing at all. People here are friendly. Everyone has decorated their patios with their personal flair, so the 'feel' of Villa West is charming.
My wife and I stayed here for a week while in the Tucson area and found it a very pleasant and convenient place to stay. Very close to the community pool. This is one of the original condo developments in Green Valley and, as a result, has lots of beautiful, mature desert landscaping including walking trails. We enjoyed the BBQ on the patio and the easy access to Tucson as we had business to take care of up there. Very reasonably priced. Would stay again.
Lovely villa. Nicely furnished and beautiful decor. The patio was wonderful to sit out and enjoy the Arizona mornings and evenings. Close to the pool and very friendly neighbors. We would definitely come back.
