About Debbi Milner
Having brought up our two daughters in this wonderful community, we now find ourselves able to share this beautiful home and setting with you. We also share our home in Florida (vrbo#436627).
Debbi Milner purchased this House in 1988
Why Debbi Milner chose Cold Spring
This home has been an epicenter for indoor and outdoor enjoyment for families and friends. The property is unusually level for the Hudson Valley and incorporates a large 'L' shape pool, hot tub, 25,000 gallon Koi pond and 120' by 60' Sport-court marked for basketball, tennis, shuffleboard and volleyball. The location of the house makes it ideal for privacy and access to amenities. The property has mature landscaping and long trails for hiking adjacent. The community is beautiful, historic and full of culture and adventure.

Large property with very nice outdoor space!
Debbi and John greeted us to their very nice property. The house has everything you’re looking for: large pool, tennis basketball, 2 barbecues, foosball and ping pong and a lot more...
Cold Spring is very cute...
Highly recommend !
Perfect family getaway spot
The house and location were great for three generations of family members. We especially enjoyed the pool, and easy access to great art and scenic small towns.
Great outdoor retreat!
My guests and I tremendously enjoyed this property. We were fortunate enough to have perfect weather, and made amole use of the outdoor space, playing volleyball, basketball, and tennis. The yard next to the sport court also worked perfectly for corn hole, Kan Jam, and a few other yard games.
While the pool was a bit chilly (in May, we did not opt to pay for the heater) it was very refreshing to cool off in. The hot tub was also used heavily.
The pool house served as a great place to play cards and watch a few sporting events, and we ended our night by the fire pit.
Due to our exceptional weather, we didn’t really use the inside of the house for anything but sleep... exactly what we had hoped for.
I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a secluded spot to enjoy outdoor games with friends and family!
Great hosts, great house
John and Debbi met us at check-in and gave us a great overview of the house, and John also was very patient and helpful explaining how to use the pool heater over the phone on Saturday even though he had already explained it on Friday. The house was great fun, and extremely well set-up and organized for a big group.
Even better than expected.
Better than the pictures too.
Perfect for a group trip to the Hudson Valley
I was looking for the perfect house for a girls weekend in the Hudson Valley and this was it! This house has plenty of space and ample bathrooms for a sizable group and has enough activities onsite and nearby to keep you busy. Debbi was super easy to coordinate with and was kind enough to have wood chopped for a fire in the living room, which we absolutely put to use. Plus the house was stocked with everything we needed and a perfect kitchen for lots of people to cook in. Be sure to snag apple cider donuts at Vera's Marketplace nearby if you're up in the fall!
