Typical South West country house. Air-conditioned and private parking.

Independent apartment in terraced house 60 m2 situated in the countryside. The Tarn-et-Garonne department is a rich history. Nearby are interesting forts sites (Carcassonne, Les Gorges de l'Aveyron, Rocamadour, the pink city Toulouse with the visit of the Aerospace and Space City, the road to St Jacques de Compostela ... ). The village of Lauzerte located 5 kms from our house is driving all the festivities of summer (farmers' markets on Wednesday and Saturday morning, night gourmet markets every Thursday evening, various concerts, exhibition pottery market, flea market and empty -grenier).

  • The bathroom is 6 m2 and includes a shower, a sink with two large mirrors well lit with exterior window and a toilet. There is the VMC to eliminate odors and moisture. The walls and floor are fully tiled, the shower has a non-slip tray. This bathroom is connected with a separate room by a curtain. There is permanently hot water supplied by a solar water heater. No special decoration, towels and bath towels are provided so you do the bulk of your luggage.

  • 2 double beds, 1 baby cot. A room of 15 m2 with white flooring and paneling floor to ceiling views of the surrounding countryside through a large window. Furniture in very good condition including a large wardrobe with mirror, shelves, a bed 140 with a mattress changed in December 2017. On arrival the beds are made (sheets + summer comforter, bolsters and pillows), mattress cover waterproof and breathable Trend changed for each arrival. The decor is simple and personalized. The 2nd bedroom 10 m2, comprant a corner bed with a mattress 120 changed in August 2011, with a white interior closet and a wall mirror. The latter overlooks the bathroom is separated by a curtain. Ability to add a cot (I has nine state) in the rooms. At each departure, tenants must remove and fold the sheets and leave them on the beds.

The basin of the pool is very nice: long 12m on 5m50 wide, sunny from morning to night. Our swimming pool is private and for individual guests The pool is in perfect condition, the liner was changed in May 2011, clear water, clear, PH is tested once a week so the water is up to standard. Sunscreens are prohibited in the bath because they affect the quality of water and stick to the liner walls. A solar shower allows you to remove any product before entering the bath. Regarding the kitchen, includes a sink, a washing machine, cooker, fridge freezer. This space is still functional but is not intended for 'great leaders' lack of space. The living room of 20 m2 is equipped with a sofa, TV, dining table and four chairs. The garden communicates directly with the exit of living room and the kitchen where it is good to take the meals. the apartment is air-conditioned, super in case of strong heat

Heerlijke vakantie Merveilleuses vacances

We hebben een heel goede vakantie gehad bij de familie Denefeld.

Met name de gastvrijheid en privacy die ze ons gaven stelden we zeer op prijs.

Martin en Martine zijn bijzonder vriendelijke en warme mensen.

Het vakantiehuis ligt aan de zijkant van het huis.

Het zwembad ligt aan de voorzijde langs een provinciale weg en is echt een juweeltje.

Het is daar heerlijk vertoeven met een prachtig uitzicht.

Er moet wel wat aandacht besteed worden aan het sanitair. Het toilet blijft doorlopen,

de 2e wasbak is niet aangesloten en de ophanging van de douchekop is stuk.

Er mist ook wel wat huisraad zoals bijvoorbeeld een goede bakpan en een afdruiprekje voor de vaat.

Voor de rest was alles prima voor elkaar. Van harte aanbevolen.

Nous avons eu de très bonnes vacances à la famille Denefeld.

En particulier, l'hospitalité et la vie privée, ils nous ont donné nous avons apprécié beaucoup.

Martin et Martine sont des gens très sympathiques et chaleureux.

Le chalet est situé sur le côté de la maison.

La piscine est à l'avant le long d'une route de campagne et est vraiment un bijou.

Il est là attarder avec une vue imprenable.

Il doit y avoir une certaine attention soit accordée à la plomberie. Les toilettes continue à fonctionner,

2ème évier est pas connecté et la suspension de la douche est cassé.

Il manque aussi quelques meubles comme une poêle à frire et une égouttoir.

Pour tout le reste était très bien pour un autre. Hautement recommandé.

property owners generous and kind

one or two issues.. 2 basins in bathroom but only one connected, shower head needs attention.

But these details did not affect our stay. The hosts are delightfully friendly and helpful.

We know the area, lots to see, and then relax by the pool.

Delicious holidays: very nice people to guide and help us. You get a magnificent swimming pool in the middle of an incredible view... normaly such locations are reserved for the greatest stars. In the pool we felt like Rockefeller. The kitchen is OK, though a bit small but who cares: we mealed all the time outside in the protection of the house. It's not perfect, but we're absolutely satisfied. You need a car to visit magnificent places in the region (the great stops for "pilgrims" to compostella: Rocamadour, Cordes sur Ciel, Saint Cirque la Popie.

Super agréable - relax & enrichissant

Dès notre arrivée cette location correspond en totalité à la description faite - belle piscine - grande terrasse avec barbecue - c'est un endroit bien sympa & bien entretenu - très fleuri. De plus Martine & Martin sont très à l'écoute & de bons conseils. L'intérieur de la demeure est sobre - très propre & agréablement décoré - la literie est parfaite -- les sanitaires suffisamment spacieux - De plus beaucoup à découvrir dans cette région - Villes : Montauban - Villeneuve sur Lot - de beaux villages perchés : Lauzerte - Penne sur Agenais - le village de Saint Amans de Pellagal (petit mais joli) - beaucoup de balades pour tous ceux avides de découverte - la campagne est belle - très verdoyante & riche en fruitiers & maraîchages. Nous y reviendrions facilement.

Great experience!

I would definitely recommend this rental with no hesitation! First of all, Martine and Martin are wonderful hosts. They welcomed us very warmly (despite the fact we had been delayed on arrival day), and during the stay they were always available when we had a question but they were also very-very discreet, and we had the pool all to ourselves (beautiful view!). The lodging is exactly as in the owners' description as well as in the reviews. The huge patio is wonderful for BBQs and meals, or for young kids to play in the shade. Everything was clean, working perfectly, and there were very few mosquitoes. Martine recommended the Marché Gastronomique of Lauzertes (not in the guide books) and that was really fun and yummy. I can go on and on about how wonderful this vacation was thanks to both the location and the owners. There is also so much to do in the region that 2 weeks were not enough and we want to come back soon. Thank you Martine for your warm hospitality!
